The first quote I got was around 1,400.00 hundred dollars and that my car would be ready in 4 days for which it was a lot lower then the BMW dealership which was 2,400.00. I got the run around for over a week and then was told it would be 2,400.00 hundred to fix my car and another four days before i could get my car back. Now I'm over 600.00 hundred dollars in rental and uber fees for transportation. I was rudely talked to by the person answering the phone and was never given a itemized bill for what I was paying for. I was told that the wrong item was ordered and the oilpan needed to be ordered and my car wouldn't be ready until another 4 days. I denied the bill that was sent to me and told Rick it would have been cheaper to go to the dealer and I would have had a paid less dealing with them. He told me they would charge me less and I would be sent a itemized bill which never came. He explained to me he already fixed my car without my permission I was suck paying over 2,200.00 dollars and the customer service is horrible and none carrying when it comes to customer service, time without my car due to the mechanic Rick being out sick for almost a week which is why I had to personally pay more for transportation with rental cars and uber and then ripped off with paying over 800.00 hundred more which other mechanics said was over priced. With the new people or staff taking over the business it is reckless with peoples time and very unprofessional and grossly overcharging customers. I will be taking them to court.

He assured me the work would be completed and he kept to the schedule of when the car would be ready. I'm happy with the results and my car is kicking out some of the coldest AC. The mechanic started working on my vehicle immediately and was extremely thorough. Shortly thereafter, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. John, when he entered the sitting area/lobby. I asked if he was the owner because he just had that commanding presence that most owners possess & I wanted to speak with him directly. I informed Mr. John about why I came to his shop and truly appreciated the time and care he put into servicing my vehicle to ensure that it was safe. He told me that he could tell I took care of it, and that for its age, it was in great shape. Mr. John even went the extra mile (see what I did there, haha) and showed me some things that were worn and would eventually need repair. This was great info, not only so I know what to expect for a future visit to my local auto repair shop but also because I decided to have some of the work performed that same day. I felt it was wise to get it out of the way and not have to worry about anything breaking while on the road. Mr. John even told me to call once I arrived at my destination, which further proved that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. I returned my car to Pugh Garage after 8 months regarding tire rod replacement. Another mechanic…read morenoticed an inconsistency when looking at the receipt for work done at Pugh in February vs the parts on my actual car. Pugh was the ONLY shop I used for this repair. I also have documentation showing that I purchased specific Mevotech tie-rod ends (MS86633 and MS86634) for my vehicle and provided them for installation. However, the tie rods currently on my vehicle do not appear to match the parts I purchased and provided to Pugh. When I brought this concern back to Pugh, they blamed other mechanics rather than taking accountability. The other shop did NOT perform any tie-rod work, and I provided receipts to confirm this upon Pugh Garage's request. I understand 8 months is a long time but I would not know there are mismatched parts on my vehicle until having to bring my car for other repairs to a new shop. I wasted time and gas just to leave without a resolution. My advice is to take pictures of the parts you provide and have the work independently checked afterward. It seems as thought they expected me to have seen they did not complete their work prior to now as if I would have had reason to go looking under my car like a mechanic when that is not my profession.
