When I later experienced an issue with my passenger-side mirror, I reached out with my concerns. The team handled it professionally, addressed the issue, repaired the mirror, and even provided a check for the inconvenience. That level of accountability speaks volumes. I especially want to thank Harold, the General Manager, who personally came out, shook my hand, and thanked me for being a patient customer. That gesture meant a lot. It showed leadership, respect, and integrity. A special thank you as well to Ms. Sharon, who managed my service from start to finish with professionalism and care. She kept everything organized and communicated clearly throughout the process. It's rare to find a company that truly stands behind their work and values customer relationships the way Marlow Auto does. I'm grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend them.

Unfortunately, he incurred a few scratches over time and went to have them redone. They contracted the job out to a rim painter, who painted rims in his mobile truck and they were horrible (drip marks and the color was off). When we told the manager what happened, he made arrangements to repaint the rims and once again, amazing job! They are the best with customer service and getting the job done!

The management offered to take on my appointment if I had a moment to complete a small amount of paperwork. I declined on the basis that I had a rental car arranged for the other location. *I've since learned, Enterprise can easily adjust the pic up location* My vehicle ended up being serviced at this location anyways, as the alternate was not certified to work on my car & originally sent me home. The staff from Penn Randall Pl. offered to come scoop my car up from the sister property, so I could still snag my rental. The service staff sent me regular updates & even stayed late the night I came to pick up my vehicle, as I was rushing from my office in DC, but traffic was (no big surprise) slowing me down. I really appreciated the entire team at the Penn Randall Pl. Can't recommend them enough!

There was water spilling from an exposed pipe, which caused my bumper to crack and need replacement. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. They handled everything through my insurance, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. What really stood out to me was how quickly they got the job done--everything was completed in just one week, even during the busy holiday season around Thanksgiving. That's honestly unheard of! The customer service was exceptional. They took the time to walk me through my car before any work was done and again after everything was completed, making sure I understood exactly what was repaired. That level of transparency and care made me feel confident and valued as a customer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs. The repair itself looks great, and I appreciate that they took the time to make sure everything was done right instead of rushing it out the door. What stood out the most, though, was how they treated me. They worked with me when it came to the financial side of things and the storage situation, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. That kind of understanding goes a long way, especially when dealing with insurance, repairs, and everything else that comes with an accident. Overall, I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me, not just fixing my car. If I ever need body work again (hopefully not anytime soon ), I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend them to someone else.
