Insurance company arranged an appointment for somebody work...the appointment was actually set for a different location. The management offered to take on my appointment if I had a moment to complete a small amount of paperwork. I declined on the basis that I had a rental car arranged for the other location. *I've since learned, Enterprise can easily adjust the pic up location* My vehicle ended up being serviced at this location anyways, as the alternate was not certified to work on my car & originally sent me home. The staff from Penn Randall Pl. offered to come scoop my car up from the sister property, so I could still snag my rental. The service staff sent me regular updates & even stayed late the night I came to pick up my vehicle, as I was rushing from my office in DC, but traffic was (no big surprise) slowing me down. They are tucked away in what seems to be an out of the way place BUT, they have POPCORN! The staff is friendly and chatty while you check in your car for repairs or while you wait to get your rental vehicle from Enterprise. They called and texted me throughout the repair process to keep me informed. No guesswork to wonder how things were going and when to expect the work would be done. Caliber Collision provides Top Notch Services. Often body shop establishments will take advantage of the custom with outrageous costs. I can testify that was not the way Caliber Collision operated when I went. My service provider Ali Shaman was a delightful, kind gentleman that had my best interest from the beginning of the repairs of my vehicle to the end. Matter of fact the front desk employees were attentive and professional to everyone that came in for service. The repair craftsmanship to my vehicle, is spectacular it looks brand new. I had an amazing experience. Dropped my car off on a Monday and was told that it would be ready the following Monday but Tre' actually got it done by that Friday. The rental place was supposed to meet me there but they weren't there. Ms. V was very helpful in trying to figure out what was going on. She called around until she was finally able to get a hold of someone and make sure I got my rental car. Tre' kept me in the know the entire time about my car and explained everything to me. I personally chose this auto body shop because the mrs went to this auto body when it was action auto body- she was impressed with action before it became caliber - I did not do my due diligence and went there anyway due to urgency in needing my car fixed. Here is MY experience : Customer service The front desk would be rated neutral. No overwhelming reach to please customer or make them feel like they are coming to see a friend. Work They dropped the ball so far back that when they indicated to me that my car was ready to be picked up 3 days prior to me actually picking up the car they had not completed 3 of the items that were on my accident quote list and so because of that I went in 3 times to have consecutive repairs to the driver side door, panel, window and internal trim sometimes for issues not related to my accident. The worksman ship was not worth the labor charges and really appeared to have been done by someone right out of autobody school who lacked an eye and passion for completion. The manager, Mr Romano, tried his best to rectify but even his "empathy" came across short and forced. As far as the decor is concerned, I have spent a lot of time in their lobby due to the missed opportunities in getting my car fixed right the first time and there are only two couches to seat 4 adults, so on my days off when I'd be sitting on the couch waiting on my car and a lady would need a seat I'd give it up but to realize there is hardly any standing room. I hope they have plans to expand the lobby. If you plan to take your car and you have no choice due to insurance obligations and contract, please take pictures of your car(both inside and outside) for comparison so nothing goes un-noticed. Couldn't even get through to make an appointment. Phone rang about 10 times before someone picked up and immediately put me on hold. The woman who finally answered my call would ask a question, then I would hear nothing but her side conversations with other employees for several minutes. Then a loud sigh, and she would ask another question and do the same. We did this song and dance for 7 minutes before she ever requested identifying information. Then I heard her loudly telling a coworker how to "make them pay", referring to another customer, then silence for a full 2 minutes before yelling into the phone "HELLO?!" I said, are you finally talking to me? She then told me I couldn't bring the car in for over a week. I just disconnected the call, and promptly called my insurance company to let them know I will be going elsewhere. read more

While our truck was being repaired at the shop, it was broken into and vandalized. They refused to file an insurance claim, forcing us to do it. So we had to file a second claim, and pay a second deductible. There are holes in their perimeter fence, no security cameras. The suspicious thing is one of the items that was stolen was our ignition key. They either leave the keys in the cars at night, or our theft was an inside job. If you have a nice car, don't bring it to Caliber. read more

First , let me start off by saying that I reset my password just to write a review about this collision body shop. NEVER AGAIN, or ever will I bring my car here or refer someone . I don't want to bash anyone specifically however, long story short someone rear ended my 2018 Hyundai Elantra . I received a phone call from Caliber Collision's corporate office and scheduled my estimate with them. Then someone calls me locally from Caliber Collision at the local office (Penn Randall) and was not even aware that I had scheduled my appointment. I went with the flow advised my appointment was booked and went in for my estimate the next day. Mind you my appointment was at 7:00 am , no one came out to look at my car or to give me paperwork to fill out until about 7:45-8:00. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt , my car was not initially fixed at the date I was promised. Went back a week 1/2 later and when I went to pick up my vehicle I had scratches all over the top of my truck which were not there and my name plate that goes on the bac of my car was not there . But was listed on my receipt. I pointed this out with a gentleman , and he asked me "Was I sure my car had a name plate?" he reviewed the initial pictures prior to repairing my car and sure enough the name plate was not put on my car. They apologized , however rushed to put my name late on. 24 hours later I go to pick up my car name plate is on , and scratches are buffed out but my name plate is crooked . At this point I'm furious, a guy who works in the body shop shamed his collegue for even putting it up there the way it was. I was advised to bring my car back to have the name plate fixed Again and someone would order a new one . I called to see if part was ordered and promised a call back to come in - never heard nothing back ! WHEN I SAY HORRIBLE JOB , I MEAN IT . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. read more

I arrived 15 mins late due to traffic (I tried to find a phone number for them to let them know but was unable to) and was told that my entire car repair had to be rescheduled! Got my car there 3/7/18 with a targeted date of 3/23 to be completed. Date gets pushed back, every time I call for a status, I get told that the date gets pushed back again "it's going In to paint now" but for an entire week? Then I get told that my new doors come in damaged, and I have to wait for new ones to come in. They're BOTH damaged? And I had to call for these updates by the way, no one here reaches out to you. My whole experience has been dreadful and a nightmare. My BMW was Hit on Feb 1 2019 and I scheduled an appointment with Caliber Collision on Feb 5 I get multiple admendments to the repair cost adjustment 2-3 weeks later while repairing vehicle my car leaks oil all over engine and I am informed over phone all repairs are paused until the situation is taken care of, I have the vehicle towed the same day to a shop to repair damages I have to turn in rental car because damages are not apart of insurance claim. Repairs are made on vehicle within 4 days towed again back to collision center to resume repairs car was not ready until the last week of March I am flagged by a fellow driving informing me my brake lights and turn signal light are out I pull over immediately inform shop and they say to bring it back as soon as possible . I inspect lights after phone wire for brake lights switch had a corroded lead drive it to Autozone fix wire and replace all used generic bulbs with LED bulbs which I originally had and when asked if I could retrieve those bulbs I was told that might not be possible. Viewing my invoice for repair it did not indicate new brake light assembly and yet the bulbs and the backing of the assembly was different . I have already had issues and now have a lack of trust with the shop. Honestly I would save more money driving the car crushed up and no use of trunk this has truly been a disappointment across the partnership of the insurance company and the shop and sadly I will now think twice about a collision center that I get my car fixed if at all. read more
