I made an appointment and they were able to send someone the following day, to my work, during the hours of 8-3 (SO convenient!). Bryan showed up right around 8am and was very fast and efficient in replacing the window (it was literally 10 minutes!). Later (about an hour) went out to my car to close my windows and saw that the long piece wasn't going through the hole it was supposed to when I lock/unlocked the car. Called Select Glass and a very polite receptionist answered and called the technician Bryan and said she would call me right away once she spoke with him. Within 5 minutes he called me back, I explained what was going on, and he said he was on his way to fix it. Fixed it easily and then went on his way. They came out over 7 months ago to assess the issue with a window balancer. The technician removed the old balancer and said he needed to order a new one and would come back in a couple of weeks. Months went by and I never heard from them again. I contacted Select Glass and informed them. The said they weren't surprised because that technician doesn't work for them anymore. Another technician came out a month ago WITHOUT the balancer and stated he needed to order it and would be back in 1-2 weeks. Never heard from them again. I called them again today and the receptionist said the woman handling my issues was on the phone and would call back in 5-10 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I called back and receptionist stated the woman handling this was in a meeting which is why she didn't call back in 5-10 minutes. I finally get the woman in charge of this circus and she said they just got the part in last Wednesday. I asked if they were still using the Pony Express for ordering and delivering supplies. In any case, she stated they could come out in about 2 more weeks to fix the issue. So, it literally took them almost 9 months to address, and hopefully fix my window balancer. If you have 3/4 of a year to wait, then Select Glass is your number 1 choice......

I submitted my info and Will (the owner) got back to me the same day. He gave me a call and even helped get connected with my insurance to submit a claim. It was so simple and it was all done in 10 minutes! He asked my availability and sent his techs out to my house when it was convenient for me. They even have an in-house technician who can calibrate the new windshield (which was required per my insurance) to ensure safety on the road. I had another cracked windshield less than a month later. I texted Will and he got right back to me and I got it replaced and calibrated again all fully covered by my insurance. The bonus that they offer is kind of a scam. They offer a free dinner at Rodizio's grill but won't send you your certificate unless you hound them for it. You have to call back, and if you leave a voicemail, they don't return your call. Both my son and I had our windshields replaced through them, after multiple calls they finally sent the Rodizio's gift certificates but they expire in a couple of days. Also, they claim to give a $50 referral to both the person who referred you and the recipient of the new glass but then won't pay this.
