    Rainbow bagel
    Katresha T.

When I saw that they carried the viral rainbow bagel, I had to give them a try. I tried ordering online. There was some confusion when it came time for me to pay. It was only showing the cream cheese I had purchased not the bagel. I decided to go inside. They had one rainbow bagel left and I got to have it. I also picked up some blueberry cream cheese. The blueberry cream cheese was really good. Complimented the bagel well. The bagel itself was gorgeous.

Lots of different cream cheese and pasta

I love having a local bagel place near by. I've stopped by for lunch as well and they had a veggie lasagna and delicious cabbage soup. The bagels are really what you come for though. They are chewy, and not too salty and good. I've gotten it before where the slices are not 50/50, and service is still getting work. But I appreciate that they are here. I think they are will work out the kinks.

These N.Y. style bagels are made FRESH in-store, everything is made in-store down to the toppings. I loved everything about the everything bagel. The topping was not too salty (like most other everything bagels). I had the smoked salmon cream cheese on my bagel, which was freshly made with a delicious bites of salmon. They serve coffee and bagel sandwiches as well. The shop is new in a new strip mall. Inside, fresh flowers made the room alive. I briefly spoke with the owner who was graciously seeking input. The staff was friendly and my bagel came out quickly. The shop has a small amount of counter top seating, which was inadequate for the number of bagel lovers lined-up to get their bagel fix. But it looks like more seating is coming. Most people were picking up their bagels to go. There's plenty of parking in the strip mall with handicapped parking available. There are a few nice benches outside, too. I'll be back to try one of the bagel sandwiches. I highly recommend.

    Bagels - from their socials

Three cheers for local, homemade bagels on the northside! On social media, it still says "coming in summer 2024," but I'm happy to announce that they are officially open. When we went, there was a line almost out the door, so I'm guessing they haven't announced it yet on socials for that reason. The owners (a family) seem super nice and were hustling hard to put everyone's orders together. We happily waited in line and ordered multiple bagel sandwiches. They were all delicious. There are breakfast sandwiches, a turkey avocado one, a mozzarella pesto one, cream cheeses, lox, and more. They also had several other baked good options such as a chocolate-chip-cookie-wrapped Oreo, chocolate-covered pretzels, coffee cakes, and more. They also have handmade mandel bread (Jewish cookie), bagel chips, and dori twists (which I'm not sure what these are and would suggest a description). They offer drinks such as water, apple juice, cream soda, organic milk, and chocolate milk. My dream would be for them to also carry a locally cold-pressed juice like SIMPLICITY or 317 Juice too. I'd definitely buy that! A few other reasons we loved them: + They were engaging with customers + They serve locally-roasted Rivet coffee + They offer GF bagels (but you need to order them in advance) + Free parking outside + They have the famous rainbow bagel (which was sold out) Definitely visit them - it'll make your mornings that much better!

Pick Me Up on an Everything Bagel

We were so excited to see an amazing bagel place come to the north side of Indianapolis. If you have been on the lookout for a traditional NY style bagel, this is your place. The staff here were so friendly and so helpful. Even though they were swamped with customers, they took the time to make sure we were all individually taken care of and happy! We got the BLT and the Pick Me Up. Both were delicious with perfectly cooked bacon. We will definitely be back!

Got the Goldie lochs bagel. It was covered in salmon! I was so excited to try it. Had the perfect amount of cream cheese- not overwhelming but every bite had some. Service was fast. Will be back!

not seedy enough and bad slicing

Was excited to see a bagel place open up nearby and tried to come as soon as I could find time. The good first - the bagels have a nice texture with crunchy exterior and soft interior. Not chewy at all. Lot of options for cream cheese. The bad - On a Friday morning around 8 am, the line was long and was moving soooo very slow for a breakfast place. There were two ladies helping at the counter but for a drink order one of them would have to go make it. Other person stood by the kitchen counter for orders to come from the kitchen. The checkout counter was unmanned for a long time, hence why the line moved slow. All I needed to order was bagels and 20 mins seemed a long time to wait for it! The other issue was that thee Everything Bagels were skimpily covered with the seeds and caraway seed was definitely missing from the mix. The bigger bummer was finding one bagel sliced it in a horribly lopsided manner(see pic)...makes for a bad experience while eating a big fat slice. I will definitely be trying this place one more time based on the taste of bagels but I really hope they can take care of their slowness.

    Homemade cake pops.

If I could give this restaurant a review of 10 stars, I would happily do that. We've tried multiple different bagel shops around town and none compare to the quality, taste, and freshness that we received here. We got the Heavenly Hash sandwiches with the onion and plain bagels and both meals were equally delicious. The interior of the restaurant was very clean and well kept, and we were greeted with a smile immediately upon walking in. The service was speedy and efficient with both our orders being prepared exactly how we requested. This restaurant definitely surpassed our expectations and we are excited to return soon for another visit!

Pretty awesome bagels in the area. The blueberry bagel with banana is out of this world. Make sure to get blueberry cream cheese! It's hard to find a bagel spot close to the caramel in Westfield area. We are lucky that the food is so good. The service is quick unlike other bagel places where you have to wait a very long time. The inside of the shop is pretty small, but there are some seating areas. Next-door is an awesome donut shop

The bagels were the closest I would say to New York style bagels in Indy! They had the chewy center and crispy outside. However, the cream cheese was not good. It was extremely runny and not the thicker consistency of cream cheese . We ordered the onion and chive and the onions were actual chunks of white onion. We even ended up taking off all the cream cheese and putting on our own at home. I am not going to totally count out this spot because again the bagels themselves were great. I just hope the other cream cheese options are better.

B Healthy sandwich and cold brew coffee

Quick service , delicious and positive atmosphere. I ordered the B Healthy sandwich with a cold brew coffee + oatmilk. I would have added some cream cheese to my sandwich next time.

Fire bagels but BS cream cheese ratio every time even when you ask for extra. Scummy. And I'm only expanding this review to hit the 85 character limit

Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese.

This third time I was picking up 18 pastries - 3 different types- all delicious and superbly baked AND a cake. WOW! The cake was amazingly beautiful! delicious and decorated exquisitely with huge intricate frosting flowers and leaves. I'm very very happy with my order- they even helped me carry it to the car. This bakery made my special family party a huge success, everyone enjoyed the food and remarked on how delicious it looked and tasted. Thank you SO much for making the event extra special

The raspberry pistachio croissant? Oh. My. God. This thing had me in a chokehold. Flaky, buttery layers with the perfect balance of tart raspberry and rich pistachio. It wasn't just good -- it was write-home-about-it good. The kind of pastry that makes you pause mid-bite and question every other croissant you've ever had. The second was a croissant sandwich (I wish I could remember the name!), but the way those flavors paired together? Let's just say it was a full culinary experience. Savory, balanced, indulgent -- you get the hint. Every bite just made sense. Now here's the part that really says something: I grew up on the East Coast where authentic French bakeries are everywhere and the cultural standard is high. I know a proper croissant. And this? This was better. Yes, I said it. We even had the chance to speak with the owner, who was incredibly warm and genuine. He checked in to make sure we enjoyed everything -- which we clearly did, considering we left with boxes to take home. This place isn't just a pastry shop. It's an experience. And trust me, it will be a topic of discussion in our house for days. Run. Don't walk.

It's worth noting that this isn't a place you just walk in -- you have to place an order online, via Facebook message or by phone first, then set up a time to pick them up. I placed my order via email, which was a fast and easy process. I placed an order for four flavors -- vanille, chocolat, citron and pistache. The pistache was by far my favorite! I couldn't believe that it tasted almost exactly like the pistache macaron I had in France at Laduree! My only complaint would be that, although the texture of the cookie part of this macaron was excellent, the filling was a little runny. It appeared that these may have been freshly made, so giving them an hour or two for the filling to firm up probably would have fixed that very minor issue. Although I didn't think the vanille, chocolat and citron macarons were as close to those same flavors of macarons I sampled in France, they were all good and after sampling them, I wished I had placed an order for all of the flavors they had. It appeared that Union Baking Co. is more of a catering/custom order company, but they were happy to fill my tiny 4-pack order. I am usually more interested in spontaneously stopping in a place and getting macarons immediately than in waiting for an order, but if you're fine with waiting a few days or you need a customized/large order of a variety of macarons, this is the place to order from!

Becky got skills, y'all. You need to visit Becky the Bakester at her cute bakery in Westfield…read more I found Becky by doing some internet searching for pie shops, because today is a special day: Pi Day (3/14). I don't like math, so I just ignore the math part of this day (3.1415, etc.). Instead, I focus on the pie part (yum). It's a day to eat pie, in my mind! My internet searching led me to Becky the Bakester, and I was intrigued because she offers mini pies. I liked the idea of eating a lot of many different pies instead of a lot of one flavor of pie. Becky the Bakester offers several different flavors of mini pies. When I visited, there were mini cherry pies, mixed berry, apple, chocolate French silk, key lime and peanut butter pies. She doesn't just sell pies, though. You'll also find cookies, scones, cake pops, cinnamon rolls, icebox cake slices, bread pudding and Rice Krispie treats. She also does custom desserts and catering. I ended up taking home a mini cherry, mixed berry and key lime pie. We all thought the key lime was the best, and next time we visit, we're getting a full key lime pie! There is no seating in this dessert shop -- it's a to-go place only. You can also order ahead on their website, but it seems like they keep a good selection of desserts available for walk-in customers.
