He jumped around the keyboard for a minute or two, and the internet clicked in. I'd say he's done this before. My Bright House modem is over six years old. They are a very fair priced (less than the big box stores though) and much better customer service. Its been over 10 years and I have yet to have a problem with them. I have referred many friends over the years and they have all had great experiences also. I have to say that maybe its the fact that Sam and some of his staff have a military background that makes them more detail oriented, but what ever it is they are the best and I don't mind driving 20+ miles to get to them because I know that I am going to have my computer fixed properly the 1st time and not have to take it back 3-4 times to finally get it fixed right.. At first they attempted to replicate the issue at the store but it didn't work, so they've asked me to bring my power cord, mouse and keyboard. They dug and dug and found the issue! A couple of corrupt drives my razed synapse downloaded (or incorrectly downloaded). A few updates later, I got my pc back!!! Thank you guys for being persistent and actually caring about my pc!
