These omissions expose my home to unnecessary risk of water damage and do not meet applicable plumbing code requirements. In addition, Elite Plumbing failed to obtain the required plumbing permit before performing the installation. As a homeowner, I relied on the company to perform the work in compliance with all applicable codes and permit requirements. I later learned that no permit had been obtained. After discovering these issues, I contacted the company and requested that they correct the deficiencies or provide a refund. I spoke with Ari, but my concerns were dismissed, and my request for a refund was refused. Despite giving the company the opportunity to resolve the matter, they have not done so. I hired Elite Plumbing with the expectation that the work would be completed professionally, safely, and in accordance with Michigan plumbing codes. Instead, I was left with an installation that failed to meet those standards and required additional time and expense to address.

I don't know how this place has such good reviews. I just got a call back from the guy and he wanted to charge me $180 and hour for labor and also just to come out and check out what is wrong with our furnace. Maybe they do a good job on servicing and fixing your heating and cooling but there are a lot of places that do a good job too without ripping you off on the labor end of things. I called Prime Time Heating & Cooling instead and it was $69 for the service charge and they came out within the hour to fix everything. I was able to talk to someone right away, and they offered to come to my house immediately. However, as it was after hours, my home warranty company wouldn't cover the visit, so they set up a convenient appointment the next day to meet with my work schedule. Sul Salam was the technician who came to my home to address the issue with my furnace. He was incredibly friendly and professional. He identified the issue with my furnace right away. When my home warranty company tried to give him the run around over the phone, he was very persistent and advocated that they cover the visit (which they ended up doing, thanks to him). It didn't take him long at all to diagnose and fix the problem with my furnace, and he actually spent the vast majority of his visit on the phone with the warranty company. He didn't charge me for the extra time it took to ensure that the warranty company covered the repairs. If I ever have any other heating issues, I will definitely give AAC Services a call, and I will request Sul Salam by name. I highly recommend this company.

I wound up breaking the igniter on my gas furnace. Lol. We had Ciamillo out before so I called them. They had someone here in less than an hour. Mason was our service technician. He thoroughly checked out the furnace which is over 20 years old. He was unable to light the furnace manually and eventually determined the gas valve was not functioning (in addition to the broken igniter) and showed me how he knew that. He left for 45 minutes to get the parts, came back and we had heat before noon. So, basically it was prompt services, Mason was very competent, informative and friendly, and I was very satisfied with Ciamillo. The price was more than I anticipated, but I don't really know what the average rate would be for the repairs that were done. Apparently the price of parts has shot up dramatically this year like everything else, so I believe the price was fair.

They told us A/C would have to be turned ON the next summer, and they showed up and did it when the time came. On the phone they quoted me $90 which I thought was a little steep and I ended up paying $138. I got a new filter and a cleaning for the humidifier for an additional charge. The original $90 included the furnace cleaning and some wiring . But the bonus was that the technician also re-wired the termostat that my husband had incorrectly installed. When he got here, he asked what the problem was & I explained that the air conditioner wasn't working. He immediatey went to the furnace. I told him I wasn't having trouble with the furnace, it was the air conditioner. He then proceeded to tell me that they are connected, my furnace is old and inefficient, and possibly dangerous. He spent a lot of time looking at it and taking pictures. He then got a phone call and was gone for about 15 minutes. He came back and continued explaining to me about the different kinds of furnaces. I reminded him that I called him about the air conditioner. He asked what kind of thermostat I had and then he finally went to look at the air conditioner. He said that was old as well (both were probably original and from the 1970s), but he couldn't figure out when. He called someone about tracing the model, but they couldn't do it either. He then came back into the house & said he'd go into his truck and write up an estimate. An hour and a half later, I went outside to see if he was still here. All of his prices were really high. And again, it was AIR CONDITIONING repair that I contacted him about. After he asked if I had any questions, I said, "I asked you to come out because of the air conditioning. Can you do anything about it?" He huffed and went outside. He came back in after a couple minutes and said that it was the motor fan and "There's nothing I can do about, it Sweetie." :O (That was the second time he called me that!) When I asked if he had any suggestions, he said "Stay in the basement." It was not said with humor. He then asked for a check ("or an ACH") -- AND HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING except waste nearly 4 hours of my time. I had 3 other companies come out after that. Not a single one charged for an estimate, they didn't take ridiculous amounts of time, and they didn't try to oversell me. Needless to say, I chose a different company.
