GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They do not care about their customers!…read more I have been with Danny Day Allstate since August 5, 2014; so roughly 9 years. To say I'm disgusted with them and their lack of accountability is an understatement! I have my monthly premium payment come straight out of my bank on or about the 20th of each month. I called their office on 5/18 and spoke with Gracie. I explained I needed to postpone my payment a few days and asked if that would cause any coverage issues. I was told had 10 additional days (on or before the 30th) to pay with no penalty and no adverse actions against my coverage. I told Gracie "so I should cancel my scheduled auto pay so it doesn't go through, then call or go online and pay". She said "yes" All was great ... or so I thought. I immediately canceled my auto pay; then paid my monthly payment on 5/30/23. Next thing I know I get an email at 1:50am today (6/05/23) from Danny Day Allstate saying to call their office to avoid policy cancellation!! I call and speak with Leticia Smith who tells me since I CANCELED the auto pay; my entire 6mo policy balance is due in full. She further stated I have no coverage effective 6/04/23 (yesterday) and my policy will terminate 6/12 of payment is not received. Leticia said GRACIE SHOULD HAVE CANCELED/SUSPENDED the auto pay when I called. Then once I made the monthly payment on the 30th it would start back up with the next payment being due 6/20/23. Although Leticia admitted this was an error on Gracie's part and I did as Gracie instructed; there was nothing they could do. I owe my 6mo premium balance in full. I was also informed Gracie is no longer employed there (NOT SURPRISED) WTF!?!?? I asked to speak with Danny Day directly and was placed on hold; Leticia returned and said "Danny wants to know if you're able to pay the amount due in full" SERIOUSLY... NO! I was told that Danny couldn't do anything and I need to pay the policy premium in full or coverage will terminate 6/14. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF ALMOST 10yrs!!!

Once again they have sent me to collections with ZERO communication, and the collections is because…read moreI was apparently suppose to pay a month in advance, and since I didn't they still canceled my policy, then sent me to collections on the amount for the month I didn't even have coverage! I will not be going through them again, and if you are like me, and things are tight, and you are not positive you can pay for a month in advance, DO NOT USE THEM! Because they will drop your credit, for not paying them in advance!

I've been with this company almost 13 years and I'm very dissatisfied. I've had issues of canceling policies only to realize six months later I'm still being charged. The owner is super unprofessional thanks said it's OK to yell and scream at a client on the phone, when they have a very important question about homeowners and I need an answer and the person is reading the text messaging and not replying so when you ask them why they cannot reply in an hour and a half time, but just keeps reading my messages, I told him if he's busy, just say so but instead he calls me and starts yelling and screaming at me every time he drops the ball he has 1 million excuses today. His excuse was his mothers in the hospital before it was his knee surgery so yeah if you want to have an unprofessional whiny agent this is the one for you. I would highly recommend Allstate in Redbluff, California. The turnover at his business is constant. Anytime I've ever needed help with something it's been an issue. Highly recommend do not use this business you've been warned.
