The bank building is new and very nice. The staff was very friendly, we'll all but one of them…read moreafter I made a complaint. The staff was very understanding in me making mistakes filling out their forms for a trust account. This was a form that no other bank has ever required me to fill out so I was not familiar with their form. After this the entire experience goes down hill. To many other details to go into here. Bottom line I was not told verbally about any of their bank fee during the entire opening process. I was given the banks fees many fee schedule to take home with me once the account was open. I found that my already opened account was going to be subject to two monthly fees. I have never paid a bank fee's in my entire life, and this bank has MANY. My lesson for any future new Banks is to ask for a copy of their disclosure and fee schedule as soon as you sit down with their representative to open account. In my opinion a consumer needs to know verbally what they will be subject to in their bank fees. Had I done this I would not have waisted my time, and the banks time in closing a new account a week later. When I closed the account I was told my management that I was not a right fit for their bank. I absolutely agreed. I need a bank that I can trust from get go, and my trust in them had now been broken. This money was taken to another bank with NO FEES. Again, get the fee's schedule FIRST. This is NOT good business nor the way to treat a new customer. I made a formal complaint to this banks Customer Service number. The representative could not have been better nor more understanding to my dealings with Redding. She assured me upper management would be giving me a call to witch to this date they never did. General Note: I like a business that will actually admit they messed up, apologize and try to make good out of a bad situation, instead of making the customer feel they did something wrong, and doing things to cover a bad Yelp review.
