She answered all my questions straight forward and did not avoid any direct answers. No giant call center and no pressure tactics. Just friendly help with back up staff when needed. She got me all set up with my Medicare choices and prescription Part D too. All the options offered to me are specific to my residence area and she will review with me as needed. I can travel with confidence that my plans will support me in retirement.
