He usually doesn't answer the phone, and I see why! He has zero people skills. And could not wait to hang up the phone on me all because I wanted to know why my rate had an increase. Also, he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing at all (probably because his staff do all the work for him) he couldn't accurately figure out why my rate increased and then I suggested maybe it's becasue my Drive Safe and Safe fell off and he confirmed that was the reason (It is a program that allows discounts). Well, he told me that I didn't call them back in October with my odometer reading, which I acknowledged and after that I asked for an alternative way to decrease my rate and he kept trying to hang up and stop talking to me! Wow! The worst customer service ever! Then I asked him why he feels he has the right to punish a customer for not calling the office with an odometer reading by being rude and not wanting to be helpful and I called him out for repeatedly trying to hang up on me and he apologized and transferred my call to someone else! What a jerk! Condescending and high and mighty! I can't wait to transfer offices. He makes State Farm look bad. If you end up choosing this office, just know that the main guy is super incompetent and rude and entitled. He has terrible customer service and thanks to his front office that make him look good, he's somehow able to keep customers going back. The only thing going for him is his staff which are amazing.

I didn't even know it was possible for an insurance company to raise your rates, not notify you, cancel your policy, again not notify you, and then a week later demand more money. Don't go to this scam of an insurance company. EDIT: This office was very quick to throw the company under the bus, claiming the fault lies with "After hours State Farm team" even after I talked directly with this office because they informed me they would be my go to for any State Farm related issues. Again, I do not recommend this office or this company, because neither stands behind the other, and neither works for the customer. They just try to throw each other under the bus and claim ignorance, and even when I offered to prove they made a mistake and tried to double charge me they refused to acknowledge it. Avoid at all costs.
