DH Scott is exactly what you fear when looking to hire a tax firm for your business. I hired them to do the taxes for my two small companies located in Redding. One a newly formed tree service company and the other a established care home for the disabled. I have a quickbooks professional along with a part-time bookeeper to assist in the preparation of the documents. I provided complete business reports and had prepared everything for an easy tax prep process. Still, DH Scott found a way to charge me over $9,500 for the tax prep!!! Keep in mind these charges just keep trickling in, and then they drop $3,500 bill at the end. This is absurd! DH Scott is not the kind of business you want to partner with, they will take advantage of the trust that a professional partnership like tax prep depends on. read more
