The last few times I was at Glendora Public Market, I missed Bry's Bagels. I found out that they close at 2:00 PM on Mondays to Thursdays and at 5:00 PM on Fridays through Sundays. So do come early if you want to catch some bagel action. It's a cute bagel shop. The lady behind the counter was super nice and friendly. I told her I like salmon. She recommended the Lox which is basically smoked salmon with cream cheese plus red onions and some capers. That's what I got on Asiago bagel. Thank you miss! OMG... it was very fresh and good! The bagel was lightly toasted which gave it a nice crunch on the outside. Tons of cream cheese, but wished there were more smoked salmon. I would get it again! I'll have to try their special egg bagel next time. I wanted to get their avocado smoothie, but I found out they put sugar in it so I passed on it. When I make it at home, I don't add sugar... I add condensed milk instead. Anyway, I'll be back for more tasty signature bagels. read more

Driving past and saw "bagels". There are a lack of bagel places here in the area - Glendora Covina Azusa. Good thing we arrived when we did. A line formed behind us. There were only 2 people working. One taking the order and the bagel sandwich maker. I think they need more help in the morning. It was the busiest spot in the food hall! I had the bacon egg with chive onion cream cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. This came out nice and warm. The only thing that would have made this sandwich great is if it were everything seasoning on the bottom bagel. It was only on the top bagel. The service was a bit slow but only because there wasn't enough help. The lady that works there was nice and apologized for the wait. This was my first time here. Definitely will be back. read more

I came when they were almost closed, so most of the bagels were already gone. I ended up going with the Asiago bagel, which was still pretty good with our sandwich choice. It was a little slow getting my order, but that's also because there was only 1 employee working, so not her fault. My bagel sandwich was yummy and filling for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. I got the BYO garlic bagel with avocado, tomato, egg, and sausage; good but needed more flavoring. It sucks they don't offer hot sauce or mustard options here if someone didn't want cream cheese on the sandwich like I did, so I just added hot sauce on it eating it at home since I took the sandwich to go. The bagel was thin and wasn't toasted fully, so minus 1 star. Also, for the bagel sandwich quality, it's pricey for like $11 so minus another star, but it's expected since all food is overpriced nowadays. However, nice customer service from the employee taking our order. Definitely no New York bagel sandwich, bagel sandwiches here are plainly average. My first time trying this spot, I asked for my everything bagel to be well toasted. The nice guy helping me said "We toast them really well here". "Great, cause I love them really well done with the garlic and onion browned, even blackened." I was the only person in the place, it took them 9min to serve me a barely toasted and underwhelming bagel that I tossed after a couple of bites. She was very helpful honestly figuring it was my first time here, so kudos for great service. Once I got my order, it was time to see how good it was, it did not disappoint! It was very fresh tasting, very good ingredients! Only thing was the medium juice looked like a small, so if you want more, ask for a large. Ambience is really not on the place due to it being inside a food market, so I feel that shouldn't go pro or con to this business. Went here after a doctors appointment recently one morning. It was a very quaint and clean little establishment. I ordered an everything bagel with hummus. The service was fine. The bagel was not. Didn't taste anything like a bagel, I would say it's circle shaped bread. No flavor, no density. I was also surprised that the hummus was red pepper hummus, the menu didn't indicate that it was flavored. Interesting to note, they don't make their own bagels. They buy them from some chain in Long Beach. So we felt misled, thinking we would be patronizing an independent, homemade bagel shop. No luck!
