Found this company after calling many others (for about 2-3 hours) and no one could get to us in a timely manner. It was a Saturday about 4 pm. Others said they couldn't help until 1 am or the next day (Love's and TA). It's unsafe to be on the side of the road that long, needless to say. Our knight in shining armor's name was Andrew. He came, changed the hose and refilled antifreeze, and he made sure everything was done quickly (half hour) and thoroughly. Got us back on the road by 9 pm. He was knowledgeable, confident, polite, friendly and had empathy. Billing process was easy and quick. Received a printed invoice right there on the spot.
