Searched with him for another Subaru and ended up on a Impreza wagon. Preformed well under our test drive. Next thing ya know, after getting our financing info under the wire, we were on way home. And yes we also got the extended warranty...because.. Great service from Bryan and Jessica. I've got a friend needing a reliable, affordable vehicle. We'll be back with them for another drive.

The touch screen didn't work after we got it home I called them back and there was nothing we could do. Bought as is even though we bought an extended warranty. A few months later the clearcoat starts peeling off the back spoiler, roof and hood!!! They had dolled it up with something to hide the fact the clearcoat was coming off. Fast forward a couple years later. A few weeks ago we ordered some headlight covers for it as these were faded and to our suprise someone had bondoed over the screws that we needed to remove to put them in. I had to take it to a garage for them to fix it. I could have bought a new car with what the payment is on this car and I have 8000.00 left to pay on it and pray it makes it. The warranty is useless. Staff won't return your phone calls and they do not stand by their word. Do not buy from this place.

Asked to come in 2 days after repair was done and told i would have to wait a week to be seen again for a literal 20 minute job. 1 year ago had control arms done on same vehicle...they messed up the alignment bad. Asked to come in to get checked...come back in a week or leave your vehicle is the response you get. They don't have loaner cars so I had to watch my tires get premature wear due to their negligence. Harold would get you in and out in no time, offered helpful advice, and was very fair and reasonable about any necessary repairs needed. Apparently he retired and I will never again have any service here, after such an experience w/ the service department today. Was almost an hour before they even started inspecting my car after telling me there was only one more in line. We finally walked around to see what was taking so long and there was nobody doing anything to our car. Finally saw a mechanic walk right by me (clearly it was my car) to the service office. A few minutes later the service manager walked back over to me and told me I failed b/c of a tag light being out. $22 to fix. Ha, I'll go to Walmart and pick up the lights ($4.49 on autozone.com) which simply push in from behind a pop out panel on the hatch back - literally 10 seconds of labor. Now I've gotta decide whether it's worth saving the $16 to have to go back to this place and lose another hour+ of my life, for the re-inspection . . .
