Shelly was very patient (I'm not the easiest person to satisfy) and I tend to sometimes be a little hard on my reviews but I can honestly say that I have absolutely NO complaints when it comes to Smart Auto and their staff. My car was financed and I drove out of the lot in approximately 2 hours of arriving but I test drove 2 different vehicles and wasn't sure what I wanted when I first showed up. The man that done my paperwork and finalized everything(I apologize, I don't remember his name) was great as well. Tyler is also an awesome salesperson to talk to. My son and my sister have both bought vehicles through Smart Auto but Tyler was their seller, he was busy when I first went but I have to say....Shelly done a great job, no disappointments whatsoever!!!! Keep up the great work Smart Auto!!! You are all awesome in my book! I haven't dealt with the service department yet but will be very soon for normal maintenance. We know that he knew about these things because he cleaned the snow off the car himself when they picked it up. They had to fix that out of pocket right off the lot. The car has overheated every day and we found duct tape on the valve covers. He patched it long enough to dump it on some kids. Despicable person. He has been given several opportunities to make it right, but refuses to even let them trade it for something else. He should be ashamed of himself. If he really knew Jesus, he wouldn't be able to treat people this way.

I really got on here this evening to add a "Do Not Recommend" review for 6 Euclid Auto on their…read moreFacebook page, but before I could do that, they blocked me from liking, commenting, reviewing or interacting with their page in any way (except checking in and tagging them) We've been looking for a car for my daughter for a while, and I found one YESTERDAY on Facebook Marketplace at 6 Euclid Auto. So I messaged them, asked if it was still available, the answer was yes and they were open today 10-6. I said "Ok. My daughter and I will be up tomorrow to look at it" to which they replied "sounds terrific." After work today, we got in the car and drove 45 minutes to Bristol (in the pouring rain nonetheless) only to get there, run in and be told "oh, we sold it this morning." ...... Yes. They sold it this morning. Now I fully understand selling a car when someone walks in the door with cash. By all means, sell away. But when it's LESS than 24 hours of someone saying "we're coming to look at it," don't you think it would be common courtesy to send someone a message back and say "we sold the car" or "that vehicle is not longer available?" That's all I ask for. When I asked the guy why no one messaged me before we drove 45 minutes up there, he smirked and said something to the effect of [we get a lot of messages, you want to look at something else while you're here?] Ummm, no. We came to look at THAT car. You knew we had intentions of coming. You didn't exercise common courtesy. And NOW they have blocked me? AFTER I messaged them and told them I was dissapointed they didnt let me know. A message which they ignored and really responded to by blocking me. I cant imagine that these things add up to good business practices or good public relations.

We were happy to take her word. Although it wasn't worth very much. We paid $6000 for the Jeep and drove home., which is an hour from the dealer ship upon our arrival at home the Jeep began smoking. So, I brought it to a mechanic shop and had them look it over and do some Minor maintenance. As soon as I brought the Jeep home it was smoking again so I brought it back to the shop they stated they couldn't find anything wrong so I brought it to another shop and they told me there was an Oil and transmission leak but they were a mechanic down so they couldn't get to it so I brought it to a well-known transmission shop. They inform me that someone went out of their way to clean up the engine... I wonder who that could have been. My Jeep is still at the shop The Manager at 6 Euclid Auto tells me I see people like you all the time. You test drive the car you like you buy it and something goes wrong it's our fault. An all I want is money from him. WoW the only thing I wanted to do is see if they would make things right with me however that was not the case, they were very rude an I do not recommend this dealership unless you want a Mechanics special.

Before we spent the money to fix the water pump we looked into trading the jeep in. That's when we ran into the WORST salesman I have ever met. His name was Mark Guyer. He took us through vehicles and he spent 15 minutes and left us in the rain. While he tried to find keys for a test drive. He never apologized for our wait, and after that we agreed to purchase the car. He said he would ball call us in a hour to sign papers. Well, after 5 hours I called him and was told he left. So he left us high and dry with no answer and a broken down vehicle. I called him back the very next day and he was very short on the phone with me. He was very rude and disrespectful the whole time. He said "I'm busy, call you later." No bye or anything. He didn't even ask my name or number. I waited again no call. So I called back like 5 hours later was told he left again. Day 2 no car, or answer. So I asked to talk to someone else they said since he was the one doing the deal they couldn't do it without him. Day 3 he was off that day. Day 4, I finally get ahold of him. He says well we weren't able to do it. I called you to tell you. I said you never called me. He said I was a liar and hung up. The operators were just as clueless, how this place functions is beyond me. Just awful! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
