I really got on here this evening to add a "Do Not Recommend" review for 6 Euclid Auto on their Facebook page, but before I could do that, they blocked me from liking, commenting, reviewing or interacting with their page in any way (except checking in and tagging them) We've been looking for a car for my daughter for a while, and I found one YESTERDAY on Facebook Marketplace at 6 Euclid Auto. So I messaged them, asked if it was still available, the answer was yes and they were open today 10-6. I said "Ok. My daughter and I will be up tomorrow to look at it" to which they replied "sounds terrific." After work today, we got in the car and drove 45 minutes to Bristol (in the pouring rain nonetheless) only to get there, run in and be told "oh, we sold it this morning." ...... Yes. They sold it this morning. Now I fully understand selling a car when someone walks in the door with cash. By all means, sell away. But when it's LESS than 24 hours of someone saying "we're coming to look at it," don't you think it would be common courtesy to send someone a message back and say "we sold the car" or "that vehicle is not longer available?" That's all I ask for. When I asked the guy why no one messaged me before we drove 45 minutes up there, he smirked and said something to the effect of [we get a lot of messages, you want to look at something else while you're here?] Ummm, no. We came to look at THAT car. You knew we had intentions of coming. You didn't exercise common courtesy. And NOW they have blocked me? AFTER I messaged them and told them I was dissapointed they didnt let me know. A message which they ignored and really responded to by blocking me. I cant imagine that these things add up to good business practices or good public relations. read more

BRING YOUR MONEY SOMEWARE ELSE! After test driving a Jeep for 5 minutes, we talked to the lady at the counter and she states the Jeep is in excellent condition. We were happy to take her word. Although it wasn't worth very much. We paid $6000 for the Jeep and drove home., which is an hour from the dealer ship upon our arrival at home the Jeep began smoking. So, I brought it to a mechanic shop and had them look it over and do some Minor maintenance. As soon as I brought the Jeep home it was smoking again so I brought it back to the shop they stated they couldn't find anything wrong so I brought it to another shop and they told me there was an Oil and transmission leak but they were a mechanic down so they couldn't get to it so I brought it to a well-known transmission shop. They inform me that someone went out of their way to clean up the engine... I wonder who that could have been. My Jeep is still at the shop The Manager at 6 Euclid Auto tells me I see people like you all the time. You test drive the car you like you buy it and something goes wrong it's our fault. An all I want is money from him. WoW the only thing I wanted to do is see if they would make things right with me however that was not the case, they were very rude an I do not recommend this dealership unless you want a Mechanics special. read more

Not very happy with my experience. Bought my car there and it was already due for an oil change before I drove it off the lot which I wasn't to concerned about. Then not even 24 hours later every light on the dash comes on and says to service the system. Already put $200 into it by buying a new batter that they told me would only cost me $60 and should fix the problem. Also they tried to blame it on my mom being the reason that I was having issues with the car since she was the one that drove it home. I'm having to take it to a dealership to have it looked at and who knows how much that's going to cost me. I will never buy another vehicle from here or anywhere else that isn't an official car dealership. UPDATE!!!!!!!: Took it to a dealership and it's going to cost me $5,400 to have it fixed. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! They aren't willing to help me with the problem and never offered any kind of help until I wrote them a bad review on here and then they want to offer to help me. Just a bunch of crooks. Also they blocked me from their Facebook so I can't comment or give them a review. Roman also blocked my number so that I can't get in touch with him. read more

I am very disappointed with 6 Eucluid Auto dealership. I recommend taking your mechanic with you. I am stuck with a vehicle that was in my price range, but $2000 or repairs that I really can't afford. Buyer BEWARE ! read more

bought a jeep for $6000 lady at the counter says it's in excellent condition test driving seemed good paid for the vehicle brought it home it started smoking had to bring it to a mechanic now it's Alex third mechanic with costly transmission repairs manager at the company said he sees people like me all the time all I want is money no all I want is a reliable vehicle for my children. read more
