We electronically signed everything which I thought was really like the fact I left the dealership with absolutely no paperwork. I had given them the 10 day payoff which they inflated just to cover any chance the payoff wouldn't reach the lenders in time. which in return bumped my finance amount an additional $800. I was not very happy about this but there's not much I could do I was already there. Fast forward 35 days. One payoff was received on my trade-in one was not. Thus causing tons of problems because I had to make 2 additional payments on my trade. Which the dealership has already sold to another person. This vehicle continues to cost me money on top of the new car payment that I am making. to mention possible effects to my credit because the payoff was not made in time the payment went beyond the 30days. I encourage you to make sure you get all copies of paperwork these and double check to make sure your payoffs are made. I actually think I would encourage you to pick a different dealership at this time. I definitely will be reaching out to Toyota to file a formal complaint on this matter.

There should be a way to filter reviews based on service station or sales because I have never been to their sales department and never purchased a car here, but I think their service department is pretty OK. I needed the transmission fluid changed on my Ford F150 because I thought it might fix a rumble my engine was making. Two well-known service stations said they could not do the job, but Bristol Honda said they would. I had already done some research and they were able to work with me and bring the price down to something I could live with. Most importantly, the problem is fixed For now. And if the rumble comes back, I will likely return to Bristol Honda, and try a few more options to fix it permanently. Based on my experience, I think their mechanics/technicians are very skilled at what they do, and the main reason, I would return to this location. Customer service has also always been very good. I think their customer service and their mechanics Worked well together to communicate Everything I needed to know.

    What a negative experience with ended with us walking out when we were supposed to close on car…read morepurchase. Just one screw up after another. In the end we couldn't figure out if sales person was dishonest or simply didn't know what they were doing. Stupid move on the finance manager's part to say "you know we are busy on Saturdays" when I specifically asked the sales person about taking delivery on Monday to avoid waiting and was told "no problem". Then arriving on time and waiting 45 minutes before saying anything. They couldn't even get right telling me which Credit Bureau account to unfreeze. An apology at the time could have saved the sale. Just a circus! Anyway, we have already bought the same model at the same price from another dealership. We think the large broken window on the front of the Used Car office building speaks volumes about the dealership's attitude. If you shop this dealership, we would suggest taking nothing for granted and be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting! :)

    I wanted to share the positive experience I had with Friendship Chrysler. I live in Washington…read morestate & had been looking for a specific car (2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 in the color Furious Fuchsia since they had a low production of only 400 units) When I saw the one they had on their lot I called immediately since it was exactly what I wanted (Fully loaded, manual transmission, electronics package & sunroof) I was put in touch with Brad the salesman. The entire deal was done over the phone & Brad was very helpful & made negotiating the deal a breeze. I was then put in touch with Austin to finalize everything & he was very detailed & sent me updates until the deal was completed & car was shipped. He even sent me a walk around detailed video of the car. Since I was buying sight unseen this alleviated some concerns & I hadn't even asked him to do this. They overnighted paperwork to me & made the deal go as quick/easy as possible for me since I live out of state. After a few weeks went by my Challenger then arrived in Washington state & I was nervous to see it for the first time since I had purchased sight unseen & was ready for the worst.... Well to my surprise it was everything I had hoped for and more. It ended up having a full aftermarket exhaust system which wasn't mentioned but I was very happy about since that was the first/only modification I had planned to do. The body was pristine as described along with the interior. It runs flawlessly & I could not be happier with how the entire deal went. They even filled up the tank for me before it was shipped out. I recommend dealing with Brad or Austin for your next vehicle purchase at Friendship Chrysler. Since I live out of state I most likely won't have an opportunity to use them again but wanted to share the positive experience I had at this dealership & with Brad and Austin. Thank you guys again. I have been enjoying this Challenger!

They have my tags & car. It's one week today- No car, No money, No tags. Don't sell your car without payment the SAME DAY. Typical, LOOK NO FURTHER...everything you ever thought/heard about car salesmen can be found right there! NOW they stopped payment on the check mailed a WEEK AGO that never arrived & want me to go back there & get another one. No ACH, no next day mail, while they sit around doing nothing. NO COMPROMISES....just DEMANDS
