A slice of the Combination Pizza
    Daniel C M.

I want to give a 5, the only thing stopping me is salt overload. First off I was lucky.... My roommate was going to Bruno's, so I'm like sure I'll give it shot (mind you, I rarely eat pizza, not my thing) I wanted mushrooms and olives. Well I pulled up the website and was happy to see the combination has that plus sausage and pepperoni. It's just me, so I ordered a medium. Bruno's mess up and gave me a large instead. No complaints. To look at it, I was afraid it was over cooked, but it was fine. It has great flavor, and a ton, I mean a ton of toppings. Not I know why they are a little on the pricey side. About $28 for a medium after tax. The large will last me 2 to 3 days. I can't speak of the restaurant itself ir staff, as I wasn't in the restaurant.

The latter are very few in this area, hence my excitement Paper menus can be found at the counter where orders are placed. I ordered a personal pizza with my choice of 4 toppings, one trip thru the salad bar (large oval plate) & a beverage for a llttle under $20! The salad bar is basic yet sufficient: chopped iceberg lettuce, fresh spinach, sliced beets, a variety of chopped fresh veggies, shredded cheese, a good variety of dressings, croutons & other common type of crunchy toppings. Potato & pasta salads were also present, of which I enjoyed some of both. There are choices of salads made by the staff available as per the menu as well, and unlimited salad bar option for those so choosing. Upon ordering, they give you your plate for salad (if applicable), a beverage cup & a number so they can locate you to deliver your pizza. Help yourself to the beverages (photo) & salad (photos), and soon after I was seated & began eating my salad- my pizza was delivered, hot out of the oven! My pizza toppings of choice was artichokes, pineapple, fresh mushrooms & Italian sausage. I found it to be delicious & especially enjoyed the crust: thin & crispy - just the way I like it! My only complaint is about the artichoke hearts: being a fave vegetable of mine & having consumed many artichokes, I could tell that the ones they use are most likely water packed: my first bite was of a very fibrous & inedible leaf. Whereas my fave artichoke hearts are the ones packed in oil & with some vinegar & Italian herbs, understandably the water packed are less costly. Next time, I just won't order them & choose a different topping. The staff are very friendly as well. Alcohol & a small selection of desserts is also available. Overall, a good impression was made in my opinion & I plan to return.

The owner was not there or any of the other nice workers that I knew from before. This young blonde haired girl was there that I have never seen before. It was 7:50 and they would be closing at eight. The girl walked into the slot machine area and commanded that I leave immediately! I said I just have $8.00 left and would hurry. She started yelling at me to get out now! I could hardly believe her rude behavior and I have never been treated so rudely by any other business owner! In fact I usually stay while the other pizza place vacuums! She Made me feel so horrible and her behavior was unnecessary. Because I didn't jump when she said she came in and made me cash out $8.00! She was trying to tell me it was against the law and all this other garbage. What she didn't realize is when I win I tip those kids at least $20. I will never go in there again thanks to the rude blonde girl! That's ok because the other pizza place has better food and the people that work there are very kind. Just did not have to be treated like that and they really don't need that rude person there hurting the business!

We had a big craving for pizza all day long and were in the Castle Rock area, and found The Oasis ... and boy are we glad we did. We ordered two 14" inch pizzas - one sausage and one just cheese. They were delicious! They were straight out the Midwest style of pizza - crispy, crimped crust ... ingredients under the cheese ... and the cheese itself golden browned. Perfect! We loved it and the boys loved it. The Oasis for the Win! We also ordered a side of Mini Corn Dogs and they were good too. Nice flavor of dog with tasty breading. They've got about 20+ beers on tap, so the adults stayed happy. :-) We had the African Amber and the Scottish Red. They were both great. We live in Centralia, and will totally make the drive to Castle Rock again for the pizza here at The Oasis. It is completely worth it.

We ordered the crispy onion chicken sandwich, chicken bacon ranch wrap, the pulled pork sandwich, and mandarin ginger chicken rice bowl. The chicken sandwich had a little bit of buffalo sauce and we agreed it was super good! 4.8/5! The chicken bacon ranch wrap was pretty good, not the best I've ever had but still a solid wrap! Lots of food and was able to take half of it home. 3.5/5. The pulled pork was pretty solid, 4/5. The least favorite was the rice bowl, not bad but also wasn't all that great, 2.5/5. We tried the huckleberry and raspberry lemonades. Both were decent but nothing to write home about. If I had to guess I would say it was Minute Maid lemonade with bar syrups. 3.5/5 Overall, definitely a sold spot for classic bar food! The people were nice and there was a decent amount of seating with lots of tables for more than 4 people. The menu was huge so I would be interested in stopping by again to try something else out!

We've been hoping a new one would open at a different location, but nothing yet. Our favorites are the beef taco and the Rocket. Since there were only 2 of us, we decided to get a dinner salad and 1 small pizza--the beef taco--this round! First off, the prices are not cheap. It was over $35 for a small pizza and small dinner salad, but the quality is great! The salad was fresh and had salami, pepperoni, tomatoes--just to name a few of the toppings. We shared this as our appetizer. The pizza was loaded with lots of freshly shredded lettuce, and as always, a healthy layer of finely shredded cheddar cheese over the whole pizza. It's a pizza that isn't great rewarmed, so we HAD to finish it all (ouch...stop twisting my arm! Haha!) Our pizza was soooo good--just like we remembered! We were the only people in the restaurant, so it was quick service. The restaurant was clean, and so were the bathrooms! While we're were there, multiple people came through the drive through, phoned in their pizza order, and picked up their orders inside the restaurant. It seemed like there is plenty of space for large parties as well. We're so happy that we will have this as an option for pizza as our daughter and her husband are building out this way as we'll be driving by more often!
