And the wine was also tasty. Next time I'll try a cocktail! The service was great. We started with the sourdough (which came out hot from the oven), butter, and grilled winter pesto. The pesto was smoky and hearty. The butter also had a wonderful flavor. We also had lamb pasta with olives and anchovies, pork collar, and smoked carrots with feta and dill. Amazing flavors with those dishes as well. Then we finishes with the blood orange tartlet and sourdough sundae. The mix of flavors in the sourdough sundae was incredible. One of my favorite desserts that I've had in a long time! I already look forward to returning. Their menu changes regularly, so maybe there will be some new items to try next time.

All you could taste was the hoisin. So sweet it buried the duck and the pickled vegetables. Why was it garnished with random lettuce? Who knows? The heavy-handed hoisin was bad, but the buns' lack of fluffiness was downright depressing. The cocktails were a blast. The one mocktail was a hit. The tiki-themed Portal, served in a poisoned-apple mug, was fun. The espresso martini was the highlight of the night. I could have used 40oz of it. Recommend the drinks. Skip the bao.

The whole concept is so unique--beautiful yarns and accessories, a great selection of wine, and really delicious food all in one cozy, welcoming space. It's such an unexpected combination, but it works so well. Whether you're there to create, have a glass of wine, grab a bite to eat, or just hang out, it's the kind of place you don't want to leave! Jocelyn & Todd (the greatest bartender ever) couldn't have been nicer. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and there was such a great community vibe. It felt like a place where regulars gather, but newcomers are made to feel right at home. If you're anywhere near Kingston, definitely stop in. It's one of those special places that's creative, relaxing, and full of genuinely good people. I can't wait to visit again the next time I'm in town!

They have a lot of seating and a good menu price range. My favorite thing about the menu is that they have duck fat fries! If you never had your French fries fried in duck fat then you are missing out!!! Now I wish I could give them 3.5 stars. I highly raved about this place but the last time I came it was such a disappointment. Our waitress though very friendly was not very attentive. We couldn't find her when we needed things and when we asked for things she didn't bring them. Now I'm sure she was busy and we never complained but that mixed with the fact that our food was just alright made me drop it a few stars. Also the cleanliness of the restaurant wasn't the best, including the glassware. Now to be fair every other time I have come the food was fantastic. I typically always get the general tso fried chicken sandwich and I love it. So maybe it was an off day we all have those. I will go back again and see if they redeem themselves! Also I just want to make mention the sandwiches do not come with duck fat fries you have to specifically ask for them to be the duck fat ones.

I was served a wine I didn't order because there may have been too much going on. However the prices are reasonable and the pinot noir was delicious, very complex and full-bodied compared to ones I've had in the past. The sommelier was also very accommodating. The live music was very charming, but was difficult to talk over. I did not have the best experience that night with a group of 8 people, but this is not the kind of space for that. I believe coming with a smaller group would make a huge difference and would be very enjoyable.

We were about an hour away where this is typically around 5 hours away so knew we needed to check it out being so close. Snagged street parking easily and even just the vibes of the outside started off our experience so nicely. Located at what is dubbed Four Corners that is I believe the only remaining intersection in the US that has pre-revolutionary stone houses on all 4 corners. Such an amazing sight to see the old architecture. Rough Draft has utilized the space so perfectly. Worth visiting even if you are looking to just browse. I highly recommend trying a coffee or tea drink to start your day though and a baked good. If those aren't your cup of tea grab a beer or wine then. My wife got an Iced Mocha and loved it. I went with one of their current specials, "I Know What You Did Last S'more". It was so good but was unique compared to a typical s'more coffee drink since it had espresso and smoked black tea. I also had a chocolate croissant while my wife had a maple palmier and we enjoyed both. We snagged some window seats and it was the perfect way to enjoy the drinks and baked goods. My wife loved browsing the books and thought it had so many unique books she hadn't seen at other bookstores. Which it really is more than just a bookstore with the cafe and bar vibes! Highly recommend everyone check it out, if you can. We look forward to coming back!

It's located on such a charming street, and stepping inside felt like walking into an elevated Barnes & Noble straight out of a Harry Potter movie. There are endless shelves of books across every genre, cozy seating throughout, and the perfect atmosphere to spend hours browsing or reading. The coffee was just as wonderful as the space. I wasn't sure what to order, so the barista recommended a drink and was incredibly accommodating with my many requests. I can't have too much milk or syrup, so I basically gave them a complicated custom order, and they made it exactly to my liking without hesitation. I also ended up buying one of the chocolate bars they had at the counter and turns out it was $20!!!! As a tourist, I had no idea it was a well known local chocolate brand with a factory nearby, so that was a fun surprise. This is the kind of place that makes you want to slow down. I'd love to come back, grab a coffee, spend the entire afternoon reading, and just soak in the comforting smell of books and fresh coffee. Such a cozy, magical spot that's well worth visiting!
