Food was good but the service could use some improvement. I ordered a salmon omelette with an English muffin on the side. Only to find out they ran out of English muffins. So I went with wheat toast. The server forgot the wheat toast. We ordered 3 entrees and each entree came out separately with at least 8-10 minutes in between. We spoke with the owner and they have been open for 2 months. The place has potential. They just need to work on the service. If we're in the area, we'll definitely stop by for some breakfast. read more

Horrible workers with bad attitudes. We were told it would take 15 minutes to seat us. The person did say they were short handed and need the time to set up the table. However. Several other people arrived and they sat them right away . I asked the worker why and the explanation was that we were a party of 6 and we have to wait. I told her we are willing split up in 2 tables. Instead of addressing my concerns, she rudely told me she refused service and forced me out the front door. The workers were obviously stressed but their anger should not have been taken out on me. read more

I am greatly disappointed in this restaurant. First off the wait time was originally 30 minutes but then got moved to an hour. Once seated, multiple people came to our table dropping off water, so we had no idea who was our waiter. After 20 minutes of waiting, I had to ask someone to get our order to get our waiter to the table. We knew it would be a long wait time so we understood that being the case. As we waited I could see other tables also being frustrated by the wait. The staff were unorganized and unassigned to tasks. Once food delivery started, everyone in the table got the food except for one person. A table that got seated 20 minutes after us had all their food delivered. It took a reminder for them to start the cook for that dish and get delivered after 15 minutes. Our waiter finally checked in on us after the last food delivery. We didn't bother asking for drink refills. My fiancé commented on the lack of service, the waiter stating that they were short staffed and had staff that had not been trained properly. Not once did we see a manager come to iapologize to the tables that were frustrated, and no compensation was offered. We were looking forward to it as the menu looked good, but unfortunately this restaurant has a lot of obstacles to overcome that they need to address prior to opening. The one good thing is their respectful and cordial front staff who took the time to apologize, took on many hats, and addressed our concerns prior to leaving. read more

This place is amazing and has a great ambience. The waiter was extremely nice and tentative to my needs. Would definitely return!

Good space, really big menu. Portions are big, breakfast tacos were really good, stuffed waffle was ok. Glad to have a breakfast place close by. We will return. read more

Brunch Point - Inside area (there's outdoor as well). - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Vista, California

A pretty sad time all around. Had to wait to be seated despite having a reservation. Most of the "bottomless coffee" carafes were empty. We had super slow service in general and eventually we learned that 2/3 of our food was given to the wrong table and needed to be remade. When our food finally arrived, the pancake rolls were burnt on the inside and we were missing a side of bacon. The "mango bbq chicken sandwich" was a very plain grilled chicken sandwich and I am still scratching my head over what was supposed to be mango or bbq about it. The chilaquiles were apparently pretty tasty though. read more

Just average. Slow service. Ok food. Noting special. Not bad. Pancakes not much flavorful.

Amazing service by Jared! This was my girlfriends and I first visit and it did not disappoint, the food was amazing, I got the steak and eggs and my girlfriend got the steak tacos, the steak was soft and flavorful. Great vibe as well, the coffee is great. Definitely will look to come regularly. read more

Great spot for brunch! Food was delicious. Staff was delightful. The coffee bar was a hit. Family friendly - my 10 yo deemed it the best breakfast burrito she's ever had. We were present when a recent reviewer lashed out at the manager. The manager handled the extremely rude and inappropriately aggressive woman with professionalism and class. Everyone needs to remember that we're all out here doing our best and there's no need to try to publicly humiliate people who are just trying to do their jobs. There was a reasonable explanation as to why the party wasn't seated immediately and had the customer not been so disrespectful, she could have heard them out. 10/10. We will be back! read more

Despite being short staffed and busy during the holidays, we had an excellent experience. Staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. We were a party of 7 and got our food quickly. Coffee bar is fun and delicious. Food was delicious. Reasonably priced. Good portions. The breakfast tacos were so good. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

We were seated quickly but then it was at least 10-15 minutes before a server came to take our drink order. My husband ordered the steak Benedict. He ordered the steak medium rare and on a Benedict the eggs should be runny. His steak was close to well done and the eggs were cooked through- not runny at all. The potatoes were good. If our server had checked in he might have been able to tell her but he was almost finished before she asked if the food was good. I ordered the chilaquiles with eggs over easy. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The rice and beans were not good and the chilaquiles were average. Could have been warmer. When we were ready to leave we could not get our server's attention to check out. She was watching tv and talking to her coworkers instead of looking around at her tables. We sat there for close to 15 minutes until we could get her attention to wave her over to pay. The ambiance was average at best. We will not be returning to this place. read more

Easily my new favorite breakfast spot! Came here on a whim when in the area and was very pleasantly surprised with the great service and food! We sat outside which has an adorable patio with plenty of space. Our server Dominic, was both attentive and gave us wonderful recommendations. The eggs Benedict, Dirty Chai and Apple Roll Pancakes where superb! Already planning on bringing family when they are in town and stopping here again and again. read more

Just had a pretty awful experience. Ordered a Turkey club. It came with no Turkey, no mayo, and undercooked bacon. Sent it back. My husbands sandwich wasn't on wheat. Sent it back. Ended up leaving. No apologies but they comped our watermelon juice and coffee. Either the kitchen just didn't care or the wait staff didn't care or both but either way we won't be back. And we won't be recommending them either. read more

Great selection, good service but the dishes my wife and i chose for our first visit were a bit disappointing. I had the Spicy Chorizo Hash - kinda weird having feta cheese on it and there was hardly any chorizo but too many potatoes (and jalapeños). Chorizo itself was good but the eggs over-medium were cooked on too hot of a surface and burned them. My wife's dish was similarly subpar (the monte christo) - we may try the restaurant again but don't recommend those dishes! read more

The wait staff was nice but the food was horrible. The house potatoes and bacon were cold like they had been sitting for a while, not even under a warmer. I wanted to get a sweet tea but they said all the drinks are not fresh and made from a powder mix. read more

Great Fooood and Service !!! The food was tasty and freshly made, met my expectations! Stopped by for brunch with a friend and it was way more delicious than we had in mind. The food was delicious, salsa was perfectly spicy. Great environment and friendly staff. It's also nice and clean!

Very friendly table staff. The food is good and the selection is nice. However....we've gone there about 5 times. When the place is nearly empty, the time from ordering to food delivery was acceptable. When the place is more than half full, you will wait and wait and wait. This past Friday, we waited 45 minutes for our food. No one warned us when we entered or ordered. If you have a Plan B, go there instead. read more

Came here for drinks and brunch and everything slammed. The pulled pork poutine is incredible. Gravy is perfect, pork was cooked just right, fries are crispy and delicious and the portions are insane. This is one that you could definitely share. The mimosas were a perfect pour and the espresso martini was one of the better ones I've had. Sitting outside was beautiful and the staff kind and attentive. We were there just before things shut down and they offered everyone free to-go cups of coffee multiple times before they were going to dump the pots which I thought was really nice! read more

Brunch Point provided the perfect venue for our son's wedding Rehearsal event! Brian and his staff were phenomenal in communicating and accommodating every aspect of planning our special occasion. We were apprehensive trying to plan such a big gathering from 1,600 miles away (we are from Kansas) but Brian made it surprisingly easy!! Our heartfelt thanks to he and his crew, and we would highly recommend Brunch Point to anyone looking for a venue that is warm and welcoming and provides great food! read more

Lovely decor both indoors and outdoors, great service, and excellent food! We will definitely be going back.

This place was not as good as everyone raves. As a Latina, I did not approve, food was bland and honestly lacked flavor. They served us undercooked pancakes and brought out a new batch after requested, however they offered a discount but they didn't even apply it towards the total of the bill. Rather they overcharged our account so now we are pending a refund from them. The service was good, our waitress tried her best considering the circumstances. However, most of the male staff there were messing around. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This restaurant made me download yelp to leave my first ever review. Everything was horrible. The only positive is that I got seated really fast. Now I know why this place is empty. Worst breakfast food I've ever had. If you go , please don't order the pancakes or the French fries. Also, if you get the side of chicken sausage for $8 just be prepared to finish it in one bite because it was super small. I was super excited to try this place out, but never again. Also, peep the broken table in the picture. read more

Ambiance was busy, they have a good concept however it seems to lack management. As busy and backed up as they were, I never saw the manager. The server was actually on her toes with every table she served. She was diligent and fair. The food took long to come out as they were backed up in the kitchen we were told. The food came out and it was kinda cold. The food seemed rushed and it was just ok. The extra star is for the server. I wouldn't come back but it's worth a shot. read more

Had biscuits and gravy today. Wasn't very good. The biscuits were tough, so tough that I had to use my knife to cut them. Also, the gravy wasn't really sausage gravy...not sure what it was but the flavor wasn't very good. It's too bad that my experience wasn't good as I've had good food all the other times we've eaten there. But I must say I would not recommend the biscuits and gravy. read more

The food was decent. The steak on the steak and eggs plate was cold. The breakfast burrito was hot and fresh, it just needed more meat and flavor. The best experience i had from this place was from the customer service. Gorgeous the server was great and on point.
