Staff was super friendly, efficient, and had great suggestions. (Staff alone made me love the place!) Son had the farmhouse... it looked great and he said he loved it. I ordered the smoked salmon sandwich. It was tasty (suggestion add cream cheese to the top of the bagel too). Felt the bagel was a bit stiff but tasted great. My son finished 1/2 of my sandwich and said his was way better. The bagel on the cold sandwich (mine) was harder. Now we know! The coffee wasn't bad (I got it too sweet and couldn't get it right after). Justin had the hot chocolate (which was a NO). Cookies were soft and delicious! The place was clean. Even though it was very busy (Sat morning) when we visited the service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly (no longer a given in today's world), courteous, and kept the line moving. The seating was comfortable, but definitely more cafe style than "eat-in restaurant ". If you're looking for recommendations: 1. Love the smoked salmon bagel sandwich 2. This is a busy location for a loved chain. I had the Siracha honey bagel today which was wonderful. Not really spicy per se but with a "hint" of flavor. My son really loved the side of hash browns. I'm in for work and have had bruegger's three times now. I got the bacon egg and cheese on Asiago cheese twice. The first time it had something burnt stuck to the top almost like some of the cinnamon from one of the other bagels got on it and when they toasted it it simply was scorched. They cut their bagels well and I felt like the bacon ratio was good. On my third morning I tried the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The bagel was super soft. I just wish they put more cream cheese. Overall the service has been great. The place is clean and you can tell it's a place that has some regulars which I love. read more

Every bagel was made wrong. Did not follow the recipe. No sauces on any of the bagels. I ordered 6 bagels. You would think at least one would be made correctly. The sauce makes the bagel. This was our first time visiting. I'm so glad we did! The staff is very friendly. If you want to sit inside it is a little small, but we didn't have any trouble getting a seat. Best bagel I've had. Unfortunately I couldn't eat my original order because it was so spicy. The Farmhouse is peppered bacon, ham, 2 eggs and pepper country gravy and while I'm no spice lightweight I could not get past a second bite. I re-ordered an onion bagel and the server insisted we take it for free. That's both excellent and unexpected customer service. The bagel had such good flavor, texture and chew. I had the lox bagel on a rosemary bagel. It was delicious! The french toast coffee tasted exactly how I would expect french tosat coffee to taste. The hashbrown muffin thing on the other hand, I could live without. They really need someone to regulate the amount of people because the line inside got ridiculous. However, they were quick and the food was super fresh! I ordered the Lox bagel. Which was great! They smoke the salmon for 12 hours. Perfect amount of smoky flavor. And the bagels were super soft and chewy. You could definitely taste that everything was made fresh daily. The coffee I ordered was the dark roast. It was good. Not the best I've had.
