I was looking at the reviews and all these negative ones first of all don't fully make sense, and…read moresecond seemed fake, but I kinda got the gist of saying everyone there was rude and that they don't answer emails, the phone, or call back voicemails. HOWEVER, I was recommended here by my sister in law, and I've been there a couple of times and they all seemed really nice to me and they've answered me when I call or called back when I leave a voicemail so idk what all those people are talking about, I know that their hours I very inconvenient and these people probably called while they were closed and that's why no one answered but idk I'm not that person ‍. Regardless they all tried to handle my needs as best they can based on what symptoms I explained and expressed concerns about my only problem is with pricing because I don't make a lot of money and have a hard time saving enough money to pay for things like this but that could go for any doctors office. But so far they're not like Presbyterian where your doctor says your bi-yearly check up can be done over the phone, so you do that and pay for it and then in a few months or the next year they want you to come in person or else you're not allowed to have your prescription for your rescue inhaler, as if your asthma having status has changed even though you still need it when you have an asthma attack. They are not an ER so don't expect them to just take you in on the spot without an appointment. They're open 8-5 Monday - Thursday and they're closed for lunch hour (12-1) last I knew of.

I'm so disappointed in the lack of concern from the workers here. This is the worst primary care…read moreplace I have ever been to. they don't care about people and don't answer voicemails or the phone if you call 5 times or sometimes not even then, even though they are supposed to be open! They make up new policies and don't inform you until its to late! they laugh at you on the phone when your expressing concerns. they dont care about you! dont go here if you value your health!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came to this Pres location for the GI clinic to get an upper endoscopy under general anesthesia…read more My procedure went well. I ended up having complications but they were nothing that could have been predicted nor prevented by the doctor nor the staff. I am an especially hard stick when it comes to my IV lately and am waiting on a port. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Chen, was able to assist with an IV in my wrist. It was painful yet very affective and got the job done! Dr. Saad, the GI specialist performing my EGD, was not very friendly nor did he explain the results. Instead I vaguely remember him giving the info to the nurse to give to me when I woke up so he could leave. I remember waking up and wanting to be like, "It's okay to talk to me. I'm not scary. I'm just a person too." But he still did a great job and I appreciate his work!

I received PT for post-knee replacement surgery in 2021 and should have left this 5-star review…read morethen. I received tremendous care and guidance by first-rate therapists who sincerely cared about my recovery and worked with me to accomplish all my/their goals. My surgeon moved to Santa Fe and another hospital system but I'm planning on having him perform my otherTKR in early 2024. I'll be returning to Southern for my PT, no doubt about it! And I'm headed back to Southern shortly for neurological PT to help with my neuropathy-causing falls. I'm confidant I'll receive the same exemplary clinical care. If you require physical therapy, please consider this group. A great group of skilled, kind clinicians that I cannot recommend more highly.
