First of all I want to say I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff here They were so informative, knowledgeable and so sweet. I just happened to be in the area and needed a brow clean up. But left with so much more. Im Asian and have very thin eyebrows. I came in for a clean up but left with a tint as well and I can't tell you how happy I was with the thickness and shape Karen gave me. I moved to this area about a year and a half ago and was contemplating changing my eyebrow places since I have such difficult eyebrows and don't trust just anyone to do them ; my sister convinced me that this spot was trustworthy and I would not regret it ... of course I did some Yelp reviewing to see and saw that they had great Reviews and I also reviewed to see who was mostly recommended and about a year later I am still doing my eyebrows here with Gisel , she is amazing and knows exactly what to do without you even having to tell her , I recommend everyone here . DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE! I used to come to this boutique to get my eyebrows done and I absolutely loved it until I noticed I can get the same service for a better price elsewhere. I recently decided that I would try out their lash services...terrible idea. I got my lashes done on a Wednesday and majority of them were gone by Saturday. Contacted them multiple times and they got back to me about a week later. They offered to do them over but that would have just set me up for failure all over again. Since the lashes weren't done correctly, I ended up losing most of my own lashes. Now I'm struggling to grow them back. Save yourself the struggle. read more

Pros: very nice and clean place with an almost relaxing feel. Receptionist was super nice! I made an appointment but wanted to come earlier and I was accommodated, being that I had never been here before I had no preference yet on who will do my eyebrows. Even though I was now technically a walk-in, the receptionist was apologetic about my wait even though it wasn't long in the slightest. She was amazing and the reason I even gave this place 3 stars. Cons: Once it was time for me to go in the back and have my eyebrows threaded and tinted, the customer service was the complete opposite from what was provided to me by the receptionist. Not one smile or kind gesture the entire time and I could compare the treatment to a fast food worker who hates their job and is just trying to get you in and out, doing the bare minimum. She listened to my requests about how I wanted my brows and then went to work. Again the entire time was just cold and awkward, I couldn't wait to leave! The job she did on my brows wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. My brows are pretty thin but I actually don't like them thick. I felt weird about how my tint looked and when she sensed it in my facial expression she told me it would fade. To be honest i felt too uncomfortable to even say anything back so i just left alone and said thank you. The tint starts so far past where my eyebrows start and it's so obvious. I appreciate her trying to place them where eyebrows should start but it just doesn't look right to me. I hope it fades soon because I am off to vacation tomorrow and so far I feel like I look like a witch with these thick pointy eyebrows! Nuri is my go to for threading and tint here. She knows how to shape my eyebrows exactly how I like. With shape but thick and natural. I moved and live farther but still go to her because I don't trust just anyone with my brows. Bonus is that the place is very clean and organized. Easy to book online. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This boutique was referred to me by my cousin. She is a client for 2-3 years and her eyebrows always look nice. I was super excited for my eyebrows to be shaped, I had not done them for about 3 months to allow time for the hair to grow out and provide the brow specialist a clean slate to work on. I will let the images speak for themselves but you don't have to be a brow expert to notice I was botched ($30 worth). Both my eyebrows have patches of missing hair, one eyebrow is thicker than the other, and they were not shaped nicely. I am not sure what happen but I definitely did not have a positive experience. After hearing about Brow Boutique and the wonderful Paris, I just had to try it, even though it is a little out of the way for me. Since my brows are a little sparser than I like them to be, I opted for the Total Brow Makeover with waxing & tinting. As Paris says, everyone should have "fabulous brows" and mine did turn out fab! I'm normally one to post positive reviews, but unfortunately I had a very negative experience all having to do with customer service. I realize I came in for a walk in during my lunch hour, which can be a busy time. I put my name down to do eyebrows. They asked if I wanted wax or threading. I said whichever is first available. Ten minutes pass by and another girl comes in without an appointment and asked how long it might be to see someone. They tell her 10-15 minutes. She then requests someone specific to see. She is seen and leaves. Another girl comes in who seems to be friends with the girl at the front desk because they are chatting. She doesn't have an appointment and is also seen before me. I mention something. They don't apologize. Eventually they let me know, after waiting for 45 minutes and 2 people who came in after me without appointments, that it will be another 10-15 minutes. Now that I'm late to work, I can no longer go. I would love to have actually experienced the service, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. This was a very disappointing experience! read more

I went in for the first time (to this location) to do eyebrow tinting... As I left, I felt like Frida Kahlo... some centimeters more and it would've been a unibrow. I just felt that they were way to close together... I was able to take remove a little bit with makeup remover when I got home. Their customer service and those that worked the front are very nice and attentive while you are waiting to be serviced. read more

They do both waxing and threading, I prefer threading just because its not as painful and i don't get bumps or redness like I would get with waxing. Friendly and attentive staff.. No complaints !! I was able to schedule a same day appointment seamlessly on their website. Navigation wise it's easy to get to, the place is beautiful and the ladies are friendly. I was paired with Lorena she's amazing very beautiful, she made me feel completely comfortable. She asked me how I wanted my brows to look and took time to listen to how I wanted them styled. This is my second time ever getting brows tints and I recommend Lorena! She did amazing they look clean, beautiful, and dark! The shape is amazing too. The picture doesn't do them justice! I love the style and feel to this place, very chic. The ladies there are very attentive and always making sure the place spotless. I like how this places offers 2 options: threading and waxing. The lady (she didn't tell me her name) did threading, and I really like how they came out. I liked how she took her time, and didn't just rush thru to get to the next the customer. She carefully took her time to make sure they were perfect, which they did come perfect. Both threading and waxing, are the same price of $12. They do not have a student discount and they do ask if you want to leave tip. I don't know if I'll be back... I spent $15 just on brows ($12 + $3 tip) I usually go to Brow Obsession in Aventura (they also have a Pembroke Pines location) and I just spend $10 (they are also $12 but $2 off with student discount) I don't know about you, but $15 sounds a lot more than $10... I used to come here when Melissa was here ( I still haven't found the perfect woman to do my eyebrows) Anyways, I decided to give it a try again. I did not know about your price change . I see your brand new tv and all the new make up ( explains your price spike ) my service was average. Simple as that. If a customer asks or is curious about your price change ( you guys probably have a lot of regulars ) make sure to explain why , not just say "yeah" which is what I got from the front desk girl and no response from the girl who did my eyebrows. Alisa listened to my thoughts and worries about having my eyebrows done and made sure to leave me with a perfect end result that I'd be happy with. I have really stubborn eyebrows because I have a cowlick at the middle edge of one and it's super difficult to work around and getting it to look right. Gisel notices this and makes it happen. They do MUCH more than just brows. They have a good website that you can check out yourself and they do online booking, which is very convenient. Someone recommended this place mainly because they follow proper hygiene practices, like not redipping the wax stick in the pot (yuck!). It has an upscale feel and I was offered a drink immediately upon sitting down. I only waited a few minutes for my appointment. I finally went for my first Brazilian and I will definitely be going back. It was quick and I was out the door in less than 30 min. from the time I walked in. I'm super sad that I'm moving to Texas tomorrow because my next brow place has big expectations to live up to. I started coming to Brow Boutique two years ago and was paired with Narisa. I haven't looked back since. She's the bomb.com - extremely talented as a brow artist but not only that, she's an amazing person. The Boutique itself is clean and in a great area. Tons of parking. Clean. They even have an app you can download to make booking appointments easier. Despite getting busier as the years go by, it's easy to get an appointment and they're usually running on time. If they're not, it's not much of a wait. The staff all around is excellent and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of brow services.
