I got my first service from Brow Boutique after receiving an offer from Living Social. I really wasn't sure what to expect but was extremely surprised when I first got there. Just from the decor itself , so chic and modern looking with a black and white theme. I had a brow makeover with Paris and was thoroughly impressed. He is an eyebrow genius. I've been in many times after and have never been disappointed. For being such a snazzy place, I'm surprised at how inexpensive all their services are. I would definetly recommend them a million times over! read more

I love brow boutique it's so classy , they are very nice & welcoming , I think everybody should go there you would have a good time there.

Went to Brow Boutique to get my eyebrows tinted for the first time. Don't know the girls name that did mine but she did a good job. If only their service was just as good. The lady at the front desk was not providing good service to the customers. She had a very slick mouth and came off rude to customers. Customer service is all about customer satisfaction but once you fail to do that then you're losing what could've been a loyal customer. Once again, the eyebrows came out good but the service was not worth it. Highly doubt I'll be a returning customer. Simply being honest! read more

I have been going to the Brow Boutique for years and I would highly recommend this place for ALL the services offered. The place is clean and aseptic and esthetically pleasing to the eye. The decor is awesome done in black and white vintage style. The staff is extremely professional and cognizant of your privacy and needs as a client. Anisa and Alisa especially, offer the optimal customer service with a smile. My daughter is also a client here and I have referred many friends to the Brow Boutique. I get a full face wax here and a Brazilian wax usually, and I am really treated as a VIP when I do my services. No complaints! Once again, I would highly recommend the Brow Boutique!!! 1000%. I have my facial done at Brow Boutique on regular basis. From the moment I walk In the salon I know I'm going to come out feeling refreshed and renewed. I've being having esthetic services done by Alisa for about 15 years. I used to think she was the only person who could do my facial the way I like. She suggested I try using another esthetician because she is only available one day of the week . I was a bit reluctant! I'm happy to say that both Narisa and Gisel do excellent facials. While they both have slightly different techniques, I'm always satisfied to book my appointment with either beautician. I definitely recommend this salon. read more

This place is amazing but I must say that the sharp increase in pricing is a drastic change and disappointing -- it's a slap in the face to loyal customers .May have to look for an alternative in the area . It's a shame because all the girls are talented and do amazing work but now it has gotten way too expensive . read more

The price increase on just to get your brows cleaned up is $18 there prices went up without noticing any one. It's an out rage to pay $18 to just clean your brows. As much as I enjoyed getting my brows done there I will no longer be going. read more

Very cozy atmosphere, staff is excellent. I'm picky with my eyebrows, and this is the place I go to! I refer all my friends to Brow Boutique and they all love it! They provide all types of services to choose from at a reasonable price. read more

I love Brow Boutique. I'm very picky when it comes to my brows and waxing, All places I've ever been to this is my favorite place to come, Choose Melissa- I've been going to her for many years, she definitely knows what she doing, if you're looking for the perfect look. :) Thanks Brow Boutique! read more

I love this place!!!! I should have written this review long ago....I have been coming here for a whole year and I love it! This is a very POSH establishment that will certainly give you personalization and professionalism all in one ! I have had services done by the owner Alisa and Paris! They are both wonderful. I am so hard to please when it comes to my brows! Paris does an excellent job at shaping my eyebrows and keeping them flawless....I get what they call " The Brow Make Over". It combines a wax and a tint to define my brows! It's amazing ladies.....no more filling in those brows with a pencil everyday! I am addicted to the look . It's all worth the $25 bucks and last me about two weeks. I recently got my lashes done by Paris this weekend also girls....he does a Fab job! His techniques to apply the lashes are FLAWLESS girlz....no clumps , no lumps of glue piled up on your eyelids either. Just a natural and clean finish. Lash applications are $30 but well worth it ! They also know how to treat customers....while waiting to be serviced be prepared to listen to HOT music and relax with a glass of wine . The decor in this place is so creative, fly and amazing! I love it......I am a fan for life...check them out! read more

I have been here a total of 2 times. The boutique is beautiful but the threading people are very unskilled. The first time I went , I had a decent threading. The tinting was sloppy. But I decided to give it another go since this was the closest place to my job and I get out too late to go anywhere else. The second time was a HORROR. GISELLE BUTCHERED MY EYEBROWS, I wish I would've read the reviews first about Giselle on here. After she destroyed my brows and I let her know they looked terrible she told me my eyebrows came in butchered. I HAD BEEN GROWING MY EYEBROWS FOR 8 MONTHS!!!!!!!!! Will never be coming back here read more

I had Lucia work on my brows and she is honestly the most invested eyebrow specialist I've ever met. She asked about my skin to see what steps were best when applying the wax and made sure I was comfortable with her by showing me her past clients before-and-afters. The price is higher than other places but for a good reason. It's 100% worth it read more

I went in to do a Brazilian wax, eyebrow and upper lip thread and I must say Narissa is absolutely amazing, she's super gentle and left me looking great!! Highly recommend if you're looking for a new threading/wax boutique! read more

The eyebrow waxing is ok but went to them once for makeup and needless to say it's horrible. They don't know how to use makeup and make it look naturally beautiful. Transforming them into looking like drag queens is not pretty. Time to find another place! Won't ever be back again. read more

Worst experience ever! Barbie Zarraga did my eyebrows, I told her just to clean them, and to no change the form of them. She told me ok that she understand and began threading them. When she finished and gave me the mirror to look at them, I was in shock. She totally did the opposite of what I explained to her. She made them very thin, and on top of that, on my left eyebrow she cut off a big chunk of hair in the middle of the eyebrow. I ask her what happened, and she explained to me that she got carried away with the scissors, but that I could put makeup on them and comb them down. What?!!!! She was pushing me out of the room to the register. The girl in the register(Linda) asked me if I like my eyebrows, and I told her no, she looked at me and saw that I was controlling my self from crying. She told me it was $12.00 I could not believe that they were charging me for the horrible job that Barbie did. Not going back ever, would not recommend her to anyone. read more

Wonderful service. I see Paris for my eyebrow wax, and they conveniently let you schedule an appointment online and they are open until 7 pm. Paris does an amazing job after months of going to different places and getting my brows waxed unevenly. I do recommend! read more

This was the worst appointment for eyebrows I have ever been to. I used to go to Brow Boutique every couple of weeks but only with one girl who I later found had left. After learning this, I came back twice to get a clean up on my brows and they were okay. I just went today to get the middle of my eyebrows down and my mustache. I didn't get the girl's name who did my eyebrow middle but I was devastated after getting a good look at them. She basically reshaped them completely. She took off the front of my left eyebrow and made them look farther apart then I have been used to for a long time. I will NEVER come back to this place unless it's for upper lip waxing. read more

Great atmosphere. I feel like a valued customer each time I get my brows done. High quality service with a kind, caring staff. This is the only place to get your brows done right in South Florida! read more

I was looking for a good brow & wax place and looked here on yelp to help me find them. I was really excited when I found this place with all the positive reviews and that they offered an ouch less wax. The location is beautiful, clean and the staff is extremely friendly. That said, I went in for a ouch less bikini wax and that was FAR from what I received. The product does not work. NOT worth the money. Granted I understand all waxes hurt but this was PAINFUL. The girl doing my wax did not blow on the wax to cool it down so it was extremely HOT on my skin. She did not air out when she pulled the wax nor did she wait a little time to pull again. It was pain after pain. I don't know what hurt more the ripping or the temperature of the wax. I told her to stop that I would come again another time. (I don't think I will) I have been to other locations to wax my bikini and I know the norm. They really need to ask if the temp on the wax is OK. She knew I was in pain, I told her it was very hot but she did nothing to correct it. I am giving this place a 3 because it is clean, did not have to wait long, friendly staff and they seemed to know eyebrows. I think they need to stick to that. read more

So I was stepping out for work yesterday, and got a call from the owner herself to address the issue I wrote about on my last review. The fact that they called me directly and spoke to me about the issue was enough for me. She mentioned that they are in the process of hiring more specialists so that this doesn't happen. She did make a point when she said that they aren't going to just hire anyone, and I think we can all appreciate that! Soo for all you divas out there wanting to make an appointment, just call a few weeks in advance. They are the best, and the best ones are always booked!! read more

I'm very particular about my eyebrows. I've waited 2 months before trusting someone with them. I did my research and seen all the wonderful reviews about this place. I went in and saw Alisa and she was amazing!! Even got my eyebrows tinted!! I would recommend this place definitely!!! read more

Just had my eyebrows done with Alisa and can't say enough. Love the eye brow shape she was able to achieve. I can't believe I found this gem so close to Pembroke Pines. Everyone is so nice and professional - great energy and the prices are very competitive, well actually unbeatable for the services that they provide. Thank you again and keep up the good work. Forever a loyal customer!!! read more

WOW What a wonderful experience! This is my frist time here and my brows have NEVER looked this awesome. Stephany was a master. it's super posh and clean and I will be making my appointment before I leave. I am very very happy. This place is amazing! read more

Still a loyal customer.... This update is for the products. The plum smooth for in grown hair... Let's start there. I have been using that product for several months and I must say This is a product I swear by! You can use it on any part of your body (it's that delicate!) I use it once a day on a daily basis and 2 times a day 5days before my next wax. Now on to the next plum smooth product.... The hair thinner. It's heaven sent! After just 2 weeks of using it twice a day, I noticed my hairs were growing back less visible ... I make it to 3 weeks without a wax (that's a really long time for me).... There's another product that's a facial wash I can't remember the name but I'd say just be sure to know your skin when testing things out. I have super sensitive skin and I tried it... Yes it works it does what it says... But my skin is super delicate so it dried me out but for those with average skin looking for a daily facial wash that exfoliates. Stop by and pick one up read more

I have been going here since the day they opened! I actually followed Alysah (owner) from her previous location to here because she's amazing!! The place itself is gorgeous...very classy, modern decorated and clean!!! They are all a wonderful team that seem to have a very close knitted relationship doing charity involved things for breast cancer month awareness, etc. Truly a beautiful place filled with amazing team members and one heck of a beautiful and successful business owner! read more

I've been going here for years since they opened and they were great at one point. Once they started losing their star employees it's been a hit or a miss. I reluctantly went back and a new girl not only made my eyebrows PAPER THIN, she waxed part of my skin off from my eyebrow!! Never going back read more

My first time at brow boutique and I was very impressed! The girls were so sweet and helpful. And Paris was amazing!!! He tinted and cleaned up my brows and made them look thicker but natural. He also put individual lashes on and they look so natural!!! Will def come back. They have cute jewelry too! read more

I used to love this place, but unfortunately because they are growing so much they don't see the importance of customer service. One time I went to have my eyebrows done and the owner of the establishment didn't take care of me because she was in charge on the front desk..really? So she asked me to do that with someone else and I didn't like the person who did my eyebrows ...Please service service is extremely important...there was another person who was at the front desk too who could help you with the 10 minutes to clean the eyebrown.then I called one time to set up an appointment and they put me on hold for 8 minutes..then they told me they were booked for the day...so I decided to go to somewhere else I Brown Spa in pembroke pines..amazing place and service...remember service is the most important...there are good eyebrows places everywhere..if you don't care about your clients...the success you have already will not last permentaly... read more

Well today was my first time getting my eyebrows done and I was recommended by a friend. The shop is in a nice plaza with cute little shops. Upon entering I was great ed by the staff at desk. The shop itself is clean and nicely decorated the staffs certification is openly displayed within each station. I made an appointment with Gisel but showed up an hour and a half earlier with hopes of bring seated. I was seated right away. Gisel was very nice and gentle. She asked me questions to before hand which I appreciated since this was my first time getting my eyebrows done. She didn't take long at all. I am very pleased with the way that they came out! read more

I would give this place 0 stars. They clearly have no idea what they are doing when waxing eyebrows. The wax was burning hot and led to my skin burning and ripping off along with a friend of mine who also joined me. What an awful place that is so negligent in how they do business and care for their customers. I will never come back. read more

The place is super cute, but I absolutely hated the way my eyebrows came out. They were way too thin! I did them with Paris. He's nice and all but I seriously don't like them AT ALL read more

Yelp brought me here. I read the comments first so I can eat an idea of what I'm getting my self into. Narisa fixed me up, and wow she is amazing. Very straight forward and nice personality. I came in with what I wanted in mind and she knew exactly how to get there, even gave me a quick lesson on properly filling my eyebrows with powder. I'm definitely coming back to this place and making my appointment with Narisa again. read more
