Smh So its been exactly 7 days from the refill and i contact them bc on 5th day in 1 eye i notice like 3 lashes facing another direction so its making a noticeable gap. I asked how this can be fixed and they said it just a 1 week refill which is $55. Wow really? To look at 1 eye with maybe replacing 3-4lashes? Theres no flexibility here. After spending around $200 with tip in 1 month and not satisfied...I wasted my time and money. So i cancelled my next appt which was made prior and i wont be coming back. Unfortunately, I felt extremely rushed by the gentleman who did my lashes. Looking back, I should have recognized the red flags and left, but I wanted to give the salon a chance. The salon itself was uncomfortably hot, almost like there was no AC, and the lash tech never even introduced himself. He acted confident that he could achieve the style I requested, but the final result looked nothing like the inspiration photos. My lashes have little to no curl, look sparse, and have visible gaps throughout. I'm honestly very disappointed with how they turned out. I called immediately after leaving to explain that this was not what I asked for, but I basically felt dismissed and written off. I also received almost no aftercare instructions besides "don't get them wet today." Overall, I really regret coming here and wish I had gone elsewhere. I genuinely feel like I could have done my own lashes at home and gotten better results.
