Monique was very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in. She walked me through what she was doing the entire time since my eyes had to be close the entire service. And when I finally opened my eyes, she handed me the mirror and I was so pleasantly surprised with the outcome! It was exactly what I was looking for. I got home and my husband instantly noticed both my eyes and eyebrows! (He didn't know I had this appointment...he just said my eyes looked "fierce" today ). The salon is a little tricky to find once you're inside the building, so give yourself time to find it! The chair you lay on is so comfy too, very relaxed during the service. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

I forgot the name of the girl who did my service, but she didn't make me feel comfortable at all. She was very quiet, didn't explain anything, and just pulled the wax without any warning or reassurance. For a first-timer, that made the experience worse. I really wanted to like this place, but based on my experience, I wouldn't come back for waxing services. Hoping they improve their techniques and customer care.
