I've been getting services done here for over 3 years. All the ladies have been great. I have seen Manu since the beginning. She remembers me each time I come in and knows exactly what I need. This location was super convenient for me when I lived in Durham. I have tried other threading studios but none of them have impressed me the same. To keep it short and sweet, Brows By Chandni's gets the job done. When my brows are bushier than cavemen's, this is where you'll find me...It's probably the best threading place I've found in the triangle. With that being said, it's not the greatest. They've botched my brows a few times--thinned it a bit more than I'd asked for, left them a tad bit uneven, but that may be simply because when it comes to my bush-baby-brows, I'm as picky as they come. As a result, I don't always leave ecstatic about my brows, but I do always leave a bit more well-groomed than when I came in, and I guess that's fine by me! read more

I've had threading done in Mumbai and in several cities in the U.S, and these people are strictly OK. There are definitely discrepancies in the skill-levels of the staff, but the most annoying is owner lady. She barely listens when you make a request and is in a rush to get the job done and have you out of there- even if there are no others waiting. I usually follow a rule of 2 in terms of mistakes, because of course while things happen, more than 2 times is not worth it. The first time they removed a chunk from the start of one of my eyebrows, the second time the owner was in a rush and there were random gaps in my eyebrow. That being said, it's only $7, the wait times are never more than 20mins even on weekends, and the parking space is great. But like others have said, this is a hit or miss place. read more

I've been coming to this place for years now, so it's about time I write them a review. Cheapest and best brow service you'll find in the area, hands-down!! Tip: only let the kind lady named Menu touch your eyebrows. She's incredible, fast, patient, sweet... I drive 40 minutes (round trip) for a 3 minute service--that's how good she is. I totally recommend!! One more tip: bring cash, they charge an additional dollar if you choose to pay with a card on payments less than $8 (eyebrow threading is $7). read more

I got to a point that I did not know what to do with my brows and then I got a sign from above (or maybe it was just a sign on Hwy 54) advertising the new Chandni's location. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and my brows and looking great! She was really friendly, too! Its a nice, clean place and they do a good job as long as you don't get the lady with the short black hair with glasses. She has a bad attitude and doesn't do a good job.
