Hot Double Pastrami with Bacon, pepper jack, on Dutch crunch

This has become a go to spot for a sandwich locally. This market has all sorts of delicious goods in their deli. While the meat market has an incredible selection. Great local market that has the delicious deli to back it up.

Veggie!!!

Napa is quickly becoming my second home because my partner has property there. I was telling her that I was craving a deli style create-my-own sammie one day and browns valley market definitely delivered!!! (well, not actually delivered, we picked it up, but....) First things first, she educated me on where to grab a ticket number so you're not just standing there awkwardly waiting to be assisted. From there, it's just an assortment of cheeses, meats, veggie options, breads. It was perfection. And the particular sandwich I had made listed as a photo on here was soooo good. Mouth watering. Softest bread ever. In fact, I can't wait to go back. Check it out! You won't be disappointed. Feel free to grocery shop too, if needed.

My first sandwich from here. Salsa turkey with the works.

To piggyback on my original review, the young man's name is Kevin. Kevin is so polite, respectful and makes a great sandwich.

Great grocery store with helpful staff. A little pricey but they definitely have a great selection including flowers and easy parking.

Not enough organic items. No Grass Fed organic meats where we have so many grass fed herds here locally.

Great selection, clean, and friendly service! The individual went above and beyond to help me find bread and grab extra spinach dip for me!

My favorite grocery store in Napa. I know it's more expensive than Walmart. But quality is very good.

My go-to for meat and deli items. Polite service and decent selection. Produce always good but may be pricey depending on item.

Fabulous produce, meat dept, and deli! Best sandwiches. Fresh turkey for Thanksgiving and never a mushy apple.

Amazing cuts of meat... expensive but you get what you pay for. This has become a go to for our family grilling events...

Browns Valley does a wonderful job preparing wild game. Their sausage they make from duck meat is amazing. Thank you for doing this service!

If you get the chance to meet him, you'll understand why people talk about him like he's an icon. And the food... wow. The jerky is absolutely to die for. He even told us to stop back by before we headed home because he was making homemade focaccia. We came back, and he wasn't there, but he had the focaccia waiting for us anyway. That small gesture says everything about the kind of person he is. We left with jerky, his amazing garlic horseradish mustard, and summer sausage, and we already can't wait to come back. Next stop will definitely be his deli. Angelo is the real deal, kind, thoughtful, and unforgettable.

The jerky was truly the highlight. The employee let us try all of the jerky samples (generous portions) we wanted, and talked about what kinds of flavors and textures would be best for our tastes. My favorites were the teriyaki turkey jerky and garlic beef jerky. Both varieties have a sweet, tender chew. No dried out jerky here. Make sure to check out the grab and go refrigerators opposite of the cash register. I made sure to grab a bag of smoked bacon ends/chunks which made an absolutely divine addition to my cherry tomato and Marin French Cheese angel hair pasta a few nights later.

Very knowledgeable with quality and affordable products. I highly recommend this placeread more

Last year we bought a quarter cow from Buds Meats with the cow from Stemple Creek. We had a great…read moreexperience with them and tried to do it again this year but they weren't taking orders, which led us to Willowside. We opted this year to do a half cow, which now seems to me probably overly optimistic, but that's what we did. We wanted grass fed/grass finished which is usually more expensive and harder to get, but Willowside told us no problem and we put down the $100 deposit. It seemed like almost overnight they were able to get all the stars aligned to get the cow ready and they were already calling me for preferences on cuts. I love the attention to detail we were given on education of different things, because for me having been a vegetarian for many years, this is a lot of info building still. We found out our cow topped the scales at over 800 lbs so our half share was about 412 or so and cost about $2300. We opted for vacuumed packed rather than butcher paper, and gave them our preferences on size of cuts. When we arrived to pick everything up we did have some challenges with making sure we had everything - I was told it would be 8 boxes but it only ended up being 6, and we couldn't find the bone marrow which was one of the big selling points for the half cow. Undaunted we took our prizes home and I set out packing two complete freezers full of meats and bones. I have yet to try the beef but it looks beautiful. Overall it was a good price, quick turn around, and I especially liked that the grass fed cows come from Full Circle Ranches which is in Petaluma and is run by a friend of the owner of Willowside so that's good local business. Definitely looking forward to burgers and roasts in the very near future!
