From what I can tell you the staff is polite, professional and easy to interact with. We are from San Diego and they had a vehicle that we wanted so we were willing to purchase out of state from their dealership. We had many annoying requests, but from the amount of money we were about to drop I think it was very reasonable. Salvador was very accommodating with our requests! Not once did he complain nor did he argue with us about those requests. He responded promptly and professionally. I'm used to dealing with pushy salesmen, but the staff here work at your pace! Hats off to these guys when it comes to doing business over the phone! Excellent to work with! We arranged a Pre-Purchase Inspection on the vehicle and they're more than happy to work with us on that. So far so good! I'll keep you updated after the 15hr drive when we get there and sign the papers. *7/5 update* Awesome... customer service is amazing. Wash and detailed the car, had a pre purchase inspection done on it. Garaged overnight before I drove home. They really treat you like royalty here. Salvador is the man! Thanks guys!

The service department worked on our new Grand Cherokee on a Thursday to replace a damaged tire…read more On the following Saturday, we parked in a handicapped space and looked for our placard in the center console as per our usual habit, and it was gone! Some at the dealership had stolen the placard!! My husband immediately called our salesperson to investigate. Sometime later that day, he called us and stated that we must have "misplaced" it!! Absolutely not! We always keep the placard in the center console when it is not in use. So, on Sunday, I sent an email through the company's website to the Service Manager, explaining our dilemma. Someone had stolen that placard and they had a thief working in their service department. I did hear from their "Business Development Coordinator", translation office assistant, who very kindly said she would make sure my email would make it to the Service Manager's desk. After a couple of days and a couple more emails from me, I finally got a call from the Service Manager on Wednesday claiming to have no knowledge of the incident. This was the first time he was hearing about it! Geesh, what a liar! So, now, after all of my emails, I am dealing with thieves AND liars. Couldn't someone just own up to the theft? Apparently not! Couldn't someone just apologize? Apparently not! Needless to say, we won't ever go back to this worthless dealership.

However, when I went to pick it up, we discovered a rattle, which they told me they would pay to repair and sent me to a Kwik-I-Car. I was there all of ten minutes before the mechanic told me they couldn't do anything about it. The rattle was still there when i took the car to the dealership to get the oil leak fixed, and they told me they would get that fixed as well, no charge. So I sat for three-four days without a car, but thought it was fine. Then a check engine light came on. Que about a week of no car as they fixed all these issues. Then I went to pick it up, and Wallace the sales rep tried to refill the windshield cleaning fluid, only to discover the reservoir was badly damaged. So I have to get that fixed. I thought that was the end of it until today, when i tried to get my car inspected, only to discover that the horn had no wires connecting it to the steering wheel. I literally have been driving a car that is legally unable to pass inspection. I don't know if these guys just don't use good mechanics or are intentionally ignoring things, but being told "it's not like we haven't put any money into it" when i spent 15,000 of my own money doesn't feel great.

We received not 1, not 2, but 3 different buyers receipts with 3 different dates of purchase once the paper plates expired. How convenient. Then they came up with the excuse of there being a lien on the car, hence why we couldn't get registration. Well, not according to the DMV, there wasn't. Rude Receptionist: The receptionist was disrespectful and unprofessional. When asked about the status of my registration and plates, my girlfriend was called "stupid," with the added comment, "Do you know how to read?" This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Maybe if the incredibly elderly receptionist would stop printing 3 buyers receipts with 3 different purchase dates, she would actually know the 60 days were up. Conflicting Information: we received multiple contradictory explanations about the registration process and the status of my plates. Our salesman told us one thing, and then another (who we believed to be the GM, with the fake gold chain) told us something completely different. It was confusing and unhelpful. It wasn't until the bank got ahold of the dealership that they decided to hand us some registration. I expected far better treatment and transparency, especially when we bought 2 cars totalling 45k that day. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience. I hope they take customer service seriously and address these issues for future customers

I wrecked my 2024 Kia Telluride and insurance could not even pay off my loan so I was just booting this out of my pocket. Levi at first said there wasn't anything close to that .But as I thanked him and started to walk away, he asked me to wait while he checked "the back fence." Vehicles they would not normally sell to the public because they needed too much work. He had one that came close to my price. I asked him for the CarFax, because there was no point going on if the vehicle was too far fine. But he had the report and it had only one collision where the airbags did not deploy , so it was minor damage. The car had 120k miles, which I did t mind because I had been looking stones with more than that with my price range. Honestly, the "cinnamon metallic red " Ford expedition was beautiful . Had some flaws on the inside, needed some mechanical work done. But drive absolutely fine. Would get me from point A to point B . Josh worked with my cash financing options later that day. The vehicle had to pass safety inspection to go off the lot which meant the dealership bought me two new tires and new brakes. What they did not have to do was detail the whole vehicle beautifully and fill it to the brim with fuel, then have it ready exactly when promised. Two keys and I was off in my new, old 2012 ride that looks brand new.

I took it to them for repair trusting them. They did the oil change and rotated the tires. I was told I needed a brake job, which the service company would have honored. Not sure they used the synthetic oil or not.. sick of it. 4 days later, they deliver the car... Oil change, Free, rotate the tires, $8. Engine light off, tire sensor light on still. I'm driving the next day, engine light comes back on, and now 2 sensors are off. I had a gut feeling!!! I moved from another state and always used my Ford dealer service.. never a problem.!!!!!!!
