They are very thorough and do a great job at cleanings and keeping track of the condition of your mouth. They are great with kids too, both my son and stepdaughter have had to get fillings, and they never even realize they have been given a shot of Novocaine! There were 6 of us total, ranging in age from 20-58, that transferred to this office. Two of us were told we had a cavity that needed to be addressed. None of us got a great feeling and decided to go elsewhere for a cleaning and pay out of pocket less than 30 days after that visit. The next dentist stated that none of us had cavities and that our teeth did not show signs of any recent cleanings although it had only be 21 days since You Raleigh Dentist had cleaned our teeth. Almost 8 months have passed and we have had another cleaning done at the new dentist we transferred to and thankfully still no signs of cavities and we are able to get great hand scaling cleanings done. Not impressed and would not recommend.

This place is an hour drive from me but I'll gladly take that drive! The front desk staff are so warm and welcoming and the same on the phone when I call. The dental hygienist was so sweet and talkative I felt like asking for her number to have coffee sometime lol. She was so kind and genuine. The dentist Dr. Ghai was equally personable and so down to earth. I did have to come back for a small cavity and my second visit was just as welcoming as the first. Dr. Ghai was very thorough in explaining each step of the process. She seems to really care for her patients as well as her employees. I'm so happy to have found this place!

Their lack of transparency with the difficulty of transferring my clear correct case left me in the dark for almost six months with no new trays. On another occasion this dentist ordered me a retainer rather than trays causing another delay. After almost a year with this new dentist, my clear correct treatment is "done" (a front tooth is still not aligned). He was very kind in doing some composit on my front tooth, but this does not make up for the lengthy lack of communication and unfinished tooth alignment. I was instructed at the end that I only needed to wear my retainer at night. After noticing my teeth shifting I did some research and found out clear correct has very clear suggestions to wear retainers full time for quite a while before going to just nightly. I'm exhausted and disappointed with my treatment, the lack of communication (and knowledge regarding clear correct) and my still unfinished smile after paying so much money. Endless frustrations and delays. I'll be seeking a different dentist.
