No temp or waiting a week or two. It fit so perfectly that ZERO adjustments had to be made! Initially a few tears ago, I went to Mathew for a second opinion and he saved me from bad dental advice which I found impressive. This guy cares. And I didn't tell him why I was there initially. I let him see then I told him what I was advised. He already knew the issue and had already given my the advice I needed. He confirmed the reason I needed a second opinion. And once he explained what I knew to be right. He proved to me he didn't just pull teeth or advise items for quick money. And he cared how my teeth looked. He wasn't trying to move me like a profit item. And I have not had any issues getting fast service. If an opening happens. I am contacted immediately which has been a very welcomed experience. In the past, at other dentists, I was almost always given multiple shots to numb stuff. Because I felt it still as they drilled. And I was in massive pain. Matthew Lee knows the exact spots to inject. And The last work done on me only took one shot. Very carefully done and with only the slightest discomfort. Although discomfort can't be helped many times. I can say that he is the best dentist I have had and he does not fill up a tray of vials of chemicals because I can still feel stuff. He puts that one or two shots exactly where it needs to be. And trust me. That matters. I no longer get ten shots for a filling like I did before going to Matthew. I used to dread dental work. And I changed Dentist from moving and I had never found a good one that was this good till him. And Clean. Everything is very clean. That's huge. Mostly. I must say this man and this dentistry deserve praise. I have no complaints and know they value me. And I am treated as such. I have even had this dentists help for a transplant I needed. And places I went for my needed work were also good. And this dentist is always taking in information and will adjust if a person isn't getting the care outside at other facilities. That's real involvement. I have experienced good thing here. And I must say that his assistants are educated. They can point out stuff after a tooth cleaning that needs attention. This is important because they are also part of your care. And I have never been hurt having my teeth cleaned. Again. This has been appreciated. And fast. Matthew Lee is so skilled that he does really good work and doesn't drag it out. He knows a freshly drilled area needs to be cleaned and sealed. And he doesn't seem to miss a beat. Like I have said. I have been in many Dentist in several states including Colorado. I feel very comfortable going here for work on my teeth. And if I am recommended a rot canal I know its needed. And I never had one. I just had a broken crown repaired and another tooth fixed. And the visits between were just as good. This is what a dentist should be.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I made an appointment with Dr Ruff…read more I hadn't been to the dentist is five years or so because I had babies pretty much one after another , so I know I needed my teeth cleaned (that's why I made the appointment) The ONLY reason I made the appointment was to get my teeth cleaned! He comes in and checks me out after I get X-rays and proceeds to tell me that I have moderate Periodontal disease, gingivitis, and 4 cavities, and some pretty significant bone loss in my jaw. And he told me that when he was testing what condition my gums were in. And I quote " you bled like the proverbial stuffed pig" end quote! So then he tells me that he can't clean my teeth because they are SO BAD that I need to have the antiseptic cleaning. (Keep in mind my month isn't bothering me in anyway) so then he keeps telling me about the antiseptic cleaning, it's a 2 hour visit that they will numb my mouth because the tarter build up is so significant that it would hurt me to bad to not have numbing. He said I need one appointment for each side of my month. I said wow, can you show all this tarter ? Because my teeth feel smooth and nothing in my mouth is bothering me, I take really good care of my teeth! I'm 35 and have only had 1 cavity my whole life! So he pulled up the X-rays and starting scanning them and says "well I can't seem to find it on your X-rays but it is a significant amount and I will show you on your X-rays when you come in for the Antiseptic cleaning" And he only was able to point out 2 cavities out of the 4 he said I had. Which I hadn't even noticed in my mouth. That's how tiny they are. So I went out to pay for nothing cause that's what they did. Besides take X-rays. And the lady at the front desk was like "that's $430.00" I was like WHY? They didn't even do anything?!? She said "they didn't?" I said NO! Then she went back and talked to Dr Ruff and he told her that I didn't get the cleaning and that I need to make more appointments for the 2 cleanings. I paid them a ridiculous $302.00 to look in my mouth and take X-rays. I did not make any follow up appointments because he would have just took all my money and told me I need more and more stuff done. Scammer! Follow up... I went to my regular dentist and had X-rays and got my teeth cleaned and he NEVER said anything about all that bad crap Dr Ruff was saying I had. I got my teeth cleaned and a good report from my regular dentist. And it costs me WAY less money.

In fact, one of the things I like most is that they don't schedule numerous patients at the same time, so they don't have to rush from patient to patient. I never feel hurried. They have also helped me in emergency situations when I've broken a tooth or lost a filling and they have gotten me in right away. When I first came to them I was having lots of gum problems and they have helped me overcome them, so my teeth and gums feel much better. They also understand that I have a terrible gag reflex and are willing to implement extra measures to help me get through that, even though it takes longer. Their hygienists are very thorough but always work to be gentle. I truly cannot understand the negative review--I have had nothing but good experiences with them and they make going to the dentist, if not fun, then at least not an experience to be feared.
