This was not a small investment. I paid nearly $5,000 out of pocket and never received results. The devices were not tolerable, not effective, and not completed to the standard promised. I filed both a dispute and a board complaint. Both were ultimately denied, which was devastating, but I stand by the truth of my experience. I have no treatment to show for the cost and continue to live with the same pain that brought me to their office in the first place. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. They told me that I would have to be there by 11:15 or my appointment would be canceled with a $50 cancellation fee.
