I had to bring my infant son with me & not only were they attentive to me, but him as well. Dr. Kayla & her tech are very knowledgeable, kind & absolute rockstars! My daughter is a patient of Dr. Kayla as well & is excited to see her for her next cleaning. The office manager Alondra & front desk assistant had such great attitudes & were so so helpful. I cannot recommend Dr. Chavet and her entire team enough! From the second you walk in, you're greeted with smiles and a noticeable degree of attention to detail. My new patient appointment was thorough, from the high-tech equipment used in the office to the time Dr. Chavet took to understand and talk through concerns, I feel completely at ease that no issue will go untreated. Dr. Chavet is my dentist and she immediately calmed my fears and gave me hope for my teeth. Everyone, and I am sorry I didn't get names, was so caring and personable. The dentists and staff here are absolutely AMAZING! I cannot recommend them enough! My whole family goes to them for cleanings, crowns, Invisalign, etc. Everyone who works here are incredibly friendly, professional, and best of all they treat you like family. We recently moved out of the area, but my husband flew back to Colorado just finish his Invisalign journey with this dentist office. I can only hope to find another dentist as good as this one but honestly I don't know if that's possible. They are just fantastic!! read more

They are out for your money. I went to them, and they said I had bone loss and needed a deep cleaning, which cost me money above what my insurance would pay. I went to two other dentists and was told that I didn't have any bone loss and didn't need deep cleaning. I don't recommend them to anyone! read more

I saw Dr. Murao yesterday to have a crown and filling. The staff when checking in was very friendly. I got called back pretty immediately. The hygienist was super nice and explained everything. She answered all my questions. Dr. Murao is very friendly and also took the time to answer all my questions. He even sat with me for a little bit and just talked. It was really nice and not something a dentist has ever done. I entered very nervous but left feeling calm. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. I highly recommend this office. read more

The doctors are nice but the prices can be very very steep; and I have insurance. It took roughly 8 hours to get 3 inlays done and it's not a very fun place to be with a low phone battery since the original appointment should've just been around 2 hours. The staff and doctors are quite nice and honestly I really appreciate the thorough explanations they have. Overall I'd say get your work done if you need it done quickly and effectively but they book up pretty quick and prices are quite high. read more

I'll start this review off by saying it has been 20 years since my husband has gone to the dentist... Yes I said TWENTY YEARS! Well today was the day of reckoning. Last night he was up with terrible tooth pain and this morning he said he wanted to see a dentist. Praise Jesus! I've been telling him for the last 5 years that he needs to go....I have resisted the urge to say I told you so all day... I digress.... Anyways! We were referred to this practice by a co-worker of my husband's, they were in network and could get us in SAME DAY! I'm so glad we came. The staff was great! From the front desk to the dental assistant to Dr. Bourbia I was so impressed with the professionalism and care they showed him throughout his visit. They took care of our immediate concerns before we left the office and we have a plan of care for the future to get his mouth back in working order. The cost of today's visit and the estimates for the future were very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised to discover will be way below what I was expecting. After our experience today I will be changing dentists and will be referring every one I know to Dr. Bourbia. read more

Came here because of a wisdom tooth ache (bottom ones) I should have taken them out sooner but I was so scared because I took the upper ones with local anesthetic. Dentists of greeley were able to see me right the next day, and extracted both of my bottom ones in a week while I was put to sleep. I am so thankful, they were all so nice from receptionists to oral surgeon and nurses. My healing was as it should be, by two weeks I was already eating meat and I didn't have to follow up with them. If you are going in for extractions drink lots of coconut water before and after the extraction! It is really good for your healing process. read more

Dr. Steven Reed has been an absolute Godsend for our family! Dr. Reed is the kindest and most professional dentist we have ever seen. He will make you feel extremely comfortable and truly takes the time to listen and solve any issues. Everybody in this office is very friendly and they have always been able to work with our very chaotic schedules. The office is brand new and modernly equipped and they even have a play place for the kiddos and a nice Kreug for the adults. Our visits have always been very inviting and pleasant from start to finish. I whole heartedly trust Dr. Reed and appreciate that he takes the extra time to really educate and explain everything. I have had my share of cavities over the years and Dr. Reed is by far the best experience I've ever had getting one filled! The technology they use is very modern helping to make everything much more pleasant. He is extremely gentle, very thorough, and goes out of his way to ensure that you are comfortable through the whole procedure. I usually have at least a day of pain after a cavity but this time as soon as the numbing agent wore my mouth felt like normal. It was truly amazing and so is Dr. Reed! I am beyond thrilled to have found a dentist whom we all look forward to visiting (including my 5 year old). I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Steven Reed as a dentist of the highest caliber!! read more

Took a month and four rescheduled appointments to get a crown on my front tooth. The temporary wasn't fit for my mouth which made my tooth extremely sensitive. When I got the crown I kept telling them I can feel it when I bite down, which I've never felt the back of my teeth when biting down before. They shaved the crown to fit better, but then said I needed to have my bottom teeth shaved too. I said okay, because I'm not a dentist and they know what they're doing right? Well now one of my bottom teeth has a huge dip in it, like a v. Even my husband noticed when I got home. read more

Upon getting in they ask you to sign various forms without letting you see what it is that you are signing. Since it is the usual HIPPA and releases I wasn't worried. The only form I saw was after the Dentist looked at my situation and asked me if I wanted a crown or extraction. I opted for extraction as I believed this would be the cheaper alterative of the two. I was shown a list of procedure codes and description of service and a price list that I was told was the cost for my care. I believed that this was the total amount. I was having a tooth pulled and the cost was $700+. There was nothing to show a difference between my cost and insurance being billed so I thought this was the total in full. I was asked to sign this form that I later discovered was not the form I signed. upon completion of service I was asked to pay the amount in full. I believed they were not going to bill my insurance. I paid and submitted my claim for insurance. When I noted that my Insurance was being billed by them also I called to ask them why they billed insurance and asked me to pay also? I was told that they billed my insurance $2000 and I only had to pay $700. I asked for a copy of the bill with insurance amounts. This form had a disclosure that I was not made aware of stating I would accept any amount not covered by insurance. This electronic form had an initial block by these disclosures that had my electronic signature instead and at the bottom of this form was a signature block that had nothing, They are very deceptive and misleading at the office on Centerplace. If I had known they were going to bill $2000 for pulling a tooth I would have opted for a crown that would have only put me out $450 via insurance. The office manager called me twice and left messages. When I called her back I was put on hold for five minutes waiting to talk to her. I hung up and have received no further calls.
