I'm a fan!! My normal threader (and it's a 5 minute drive, 15 minute walk, so really hard to even accept a temporary change!) was traveling internationally for over a month to see her family; and my brows were in a bad place! So of course I turned to Yelp! Walk-ins welcome, convenient location (and luckily I had will power just to stop in and leave without consuming all the yummy restaurants that surround this shop!), and of course a bit nightmare-ish for parking. I'm not going to give away my strategy for her location, but it was super easy for me :)! I was second in-line when I arrived, someone in the chair, one other person waiting before me. The space was cute and most importantly felt clean and safe - with plenty of social distancing space as you wait (in comfy chairs as well)! She does more than just brow threading, but that's what I need, since my skin will lift if I use waxing services - and who wants four huge scabs on their face just to shape their brows?! The service was ridiculously quick, and reasonably priced. My brows still look great, and I will consider this my alternative location moving forward. Worth the extra time on the road when I'm in need for friendly and fast services. One of my favorite parts was just people watching while waiting - the energy in there was fun and just felt really empowering! I recommend it, and you'll get a card upon leaving that will eventually result in a discount after a number of service appointments. If I remember correctly - cash and Venmo only (I had cash). Anika has been doing my eyebrows for about 3 years and SHE IS AMAZING! She knows exactly what she is doing. Before Anika, I hated getting my brows done because I would end up with thin eyebrows which I don't like on myself. Came here for a brow threading mainly for a clean up, since I haven't had them plucked for months. I walked in when it wasn't busy and was greeted and seated right away. The lady there already knew what I wanted, but it would have been reassuring to ask before having me lay my head down. The process felt a bit rushed, and it hurt more compared to my previous experience in other places. She also used a lot of force that the thread snapped twice..The result was clean with 2 or 3 small hairs missed. The natural shape of my brow seems intact, except, one side looks a bit thinner to me. She also apply some cooling liquid on the brows which was nice. The cost was a bit pricey, though, I wonder if the gift bag I received might have been a part of it. read more
