10/10 recommend this place. I felt very welcoming and understood right off the bat. I explained to the lady who threaded my eyebrows (I didn't catch her name) that I haven't gotten my eyebrows threaded in two years and told her I was very nervous to get them threaded again. And she explained what she was going to do with my eyebrows and why. She was so nice!! It didn't not hurt at all when she was threading me which surprised me because other places I've gotten my eyebrows done at hurt really bad. But she even made sure to check in and make sure it wasn't hurting and that I was okay! If you need your eyebrows threaded, COME HERE. It's the BEST place ever! read more

The place is so clean, beautiful and easy to park. I never have to wait long, the quality of threading is amazing. My eyebrows always have the same shape and when it comes to pay, venmo is so easy and fast. I only go there now and i never go anywhere else. Cute little threading shop. Offers a frequent visitor/customer service card and good rates for the location. Lots of parking in the back, but because there are a lot of other businesses in the area expect parking to fill quickly. Service was quick and painless! My eyebrows were perfect after done. I usually shape my eyebrows myself, lately I haven't had time and I'm always nervous about letting someone else do them. Decided to take a chance and found Brow Threading Studio this morning, and drove over on my lunch break. I can't believe what an incredible job she did, and did my eyebrows and upper lip in less than 15 min. She's super gentle too! They look better than when I do them. If I could only give ZERO stars. I am so livid after just going to this place. I walk in 10 minutes ago, letting the girl know I am trying to grow out my eyebrows so do not touch anything, just clean up. She repeats and confirms that we are just cleaning up. I inform her it's because my brows are uneven... that's why I'm growing it out. After 2 minutes of PAINFUL threading she gives me the mirror and what do you know, she's changed the shape of one of my eyebrows drastically and taken out so much hair from under. I'm so furious and ask why she did that when I clearly said just cleanup!! Now my eyebrows are SO BAD AND more uneven than before and it's going to take me MONTHS to grow what I had before I walked in here. I will never come back here and warm others to do the same. read more

This review is long overdue. The 2 gals I patronized at the threading salon I used to go to before Covid no longer work there and I couldn't find them after things started opening up. On a whim (and badly needing my brows done), I tried this spot which had newly opened. She's now my new favorite. She *listens* to what you want - whether that's extra thick, extra narrow, whatever, it's so refreshing. She literally said, "It's your face, you're the one who needs to be happy with it" (something along those lines) - Amen to that sister. Reasonable prices, easy parking. read more

I moved to the San Jose area about 6 months back and that meant venturing out to find a new reliable person to take care of all my threading needs which was also close to where I live. Ankita is truly exceptional at what she does. I moved from the area to north San Jose and the eyebrow places here do not compare. I ended up going back to Ankita and I will never go anywhere else. This time I also did tinting because my eyebrows are sparse. She made my eyebrows perfect! Better than when I draw them on! She really took her time because I told her I was going to an outing today and didn't want too dark. She's amazing. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 7 years now & I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. I'm new to the area and was wanting to try this place because it had such good reviews but clearly someone's lying. The woman who was threading my eyebrows took so long, had no skill, kept breaking the thread, couldn't seem to configure herself & the whole time I was trying my best to accommodate & be an easy customer. But when I saw the results I immediately wanted to cry. She made them a completely different shape & made them twice as thin. When I expressed how unhappy I was she said "I did a clean up" & when I called BS, she apologized & said how she was stressed & so sorry. I'm so beyond upset & frustrated with this place. They are very under qualified to be doing this job if the reason why they messed them up is because they were stressed with doing the BARE minimum requirement for the job. Never again. read more

She did a great job with my eyebrows. Shaped them well and was very fast. No line on a Friday evening around 4pm. I would go back. It's in the middle of Lincoln across from the BOA. So you can park near the BOA and walk across. eyebrow threading was $16 read more
