I normally get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Recently however I discovered that they offer brazilian waxes at such an affordable price and have since had two appointments. I have been getting waxes for 2 years but this is now my new go-to spot. Divya is so kind and such a professional. She makes you feel very comfortable and makes the process as smooth as possible. I called requesting a same day appoint and Divya literally came in on her day off (on her birthday too) because she heard I was going on vacation and wanted to help a girl out. Experience was most unpleasant and painful. The lady used a thread that was a lot finer and sharper causing to leave marks and minimal blood.. The threading was so bad that you can see halve of the hairs stuck, they look like open pores now. In addition, I asked for a clean only for the eyebrow, yet she took more, shortened them and removed too much from the top. She left so many hairs for my li threading that I have to now pluck. Missed so many spots and failed to communicate, did what ever she wanted. The same quick way I was referred here, it is the same quick way that I will not return or recommend. Not cool!

I have read some of the negative reviews some claim these are permanent, and I sure as hell hope they are because I love them. Up close it actually looks like actual hair, she actually puts thought into placement making the ink flow with the natural growth of your eyebrows. She works very neatly and has a very friendly, bubbly personality, aside from doing excellent work; she is very personable. As for credibility, I am actually a beauty professional, (I've been licensed since 2010) and as cosmetologist I know what I'm talking about, Rachelle is excellent.
