I stopped by the brow studio 7 kiosk at the Shops at Northbridge becaus I needed to have my eyebrows cleaned up before i went to an event. Usually I go to another brow shop for my eyebrows but I was in a time crunch. So as I approach the kiosk there was one lady there, she was wearing glasses and she was on her phone. I asked her if she had brow availability for right now and she said yes and say me down. Now when I say the price for brows I was a little discouraged because I would never pay $15 to get my brows done, but I figured it was for the convenience so I let it go. However when she was doing my brows she did a decent job at cleaning them up, but once she finished she handed me the mirror for me to take a look and I said it was good, she kind of dismissed me. At this point I was annoyed because she left all the hairs from the threading all over my face and didn't offer me a napkin or at least try to brush some of the hairs off and she didn't even brush my brows back into place so I had to use my finger. So I had to ask her for a napkin to brush all the hairs off my face. After that she seemed to dismiss me again so I can just go and pay for the service. She didn't even offer me any cooling gel to apply to my brows after they were finished, but I was annoyed at this point and just wanted to pay and leave. at the kiosk she swiped my card but had me walk around the desk to sign for my card. Now i'm familiar with using iPads to process transactions and I saw the set up of the ipad. It had he ball thing at the base of the ipad set up where you can flip the ipad to the customer side of the desk so I can sign and tip with out her looking.
So I guess she had me walk to her side of the des to see if i was going to tip her or not, which I didn't because her way of doing my brows was and her customer service was something I would've only wanted to pay $5 for, not $15. read more
