She will answer your questions and allows you to choose the amount of curl, thickness, length, shape, etc of the lashes. She listens to what you want and tries to deliver that. Some people don't even ask what style you like and just do whatever they think looks good. I've gotten services in many different cities in the US and also in Korea, she does the best job among all. She's very patient but fast at the same time. Lashes last long and they always look exactly how I want. I was so glad that I found her and stuck with her for more than a year but sadly I'm moving to a different city. Her office was a little hard to find at first but she keeps it so clean and pleasant. Also booking with her is super easy and efficient. She's a really sweet lady, but left my lashes way too curly! She said before starting that my lashes already had a curl and I asked her if it was okay to do and that I wanted it to look natural and not too curly. She said she could do it. After it came out, it was super curly. So she told me to wash them. It barely straightened them out. I called her and she said she would try to reverse it but had never done a reversal. I did not want to fry my lashes so I declined. I will never return to her and may never get a lash lift after this horrible experience. read more

I purchased a Groupon for lashes which included a 2 week touch up. My initial treatment was fine and before I left I scheduled my 2 week appointment. 5 days before my follow up, my freezer stopped working and the repair company's earliest appointment was on the same day as my lash appt. I called AA Studio immediately to reschedule but they would not reschedule stating Groupon's policy prevents them from rescheduling appointments. Nothing in the Groupon prohibits AA from rescheduling my appointment and this is no way to run a business. Because of their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to accommodate my personal emergency and because I have discovered better lash businesses who charge much less for the same product/quality, I do not recommend AA Studio. read more
