This is the only place in town you should get your threading done for three reasons: 1. Super affordable prices. I go for both brow and lip and it's super worth it. 2. Anyone there will do your brows perfectly. I was usually getting my brows threaded from one woman who works there but then she was on vacation so I got it done by another employee and they were still impeccable. They are all experts and always consistent. 3. They are so nice. Like they literally deal with facial hair all day but they couldn't be nicer. Stopped in as a walk in since I was shopping in the area - the two girls were not friendly and didn't seem like they wanted to help. Then to make it worse when I sat to get threaded she was extremely rough and it was the worst pain ever. I lowkey didn't even want to tip I was appalled by the service. *Updated because we've been working on fixing my uneven brows. This is my go to place because the main lady is amazing, she actually looks at how my brow hair grows and shapes them appropriately. It's so hard to find places like this. She always leaves a nice curve and they remain very natural looking. She had a new girl a month ago and she cautiously did them, making sure I was okay with the progress she was making. That's great. I just went in even though I knew the regular woman is gone, because I'll be too busy to make it in for the next 3 weeks. A younger girl did my brows today and they are VERY uneven in the middle, and she completely took off the inner bottom of my right brow, making the brow look straight and awkward. I have such thick brows and I'm too lazy to ever fill them in, but apparently I'll have to waste my time learning how to use makeup to even them out for a while. Super annoyed and guess I'll have to find a new place if she cant make up for this on the next visit. read more

My eyebrows came out nice and simple, I asked for a clean up and they look great. But after a day or two I realized the threading left scabs on my face and looking back, the threading really hurt because the lady was rushing it! I thought it was normal at first but in the other place i go to, it never hurt that bad and it certainly did not leave scars on my face... Pretty bad experience here, I came in as a walk-in and there were a few people a head of me that she had to attend first, which is standard for any place I've been to and that's fine. After they were attended a new batch of appointments came in and she skipped over me. I told her that next time she should let people know if there's a lot of appointments set up. It should be standard to know how to prioritize people if a walk-in comes in and waits 20 minutes, attend them over late appointments. read more

So I didnt write a review last time because I wanted to give her another chance. 1st time there were a couple of women. One in a chair another one waiting and then me. The first time she just had me sit down and didn't ask questions on how I wanted to do it and so I kinda had to figure out how to let her know myself... which felt odd lol but I needed to tell her because I dont like my eyebrows so thin since I have so little hair already as it is! She did an OKay job... but I had to tell her that I wanted it trim also. she didnt ask... End product: it was uneven, but not so bad that I would be so upset, but I had to wait like 3 months or something for it to grow back! yikes. 2nd time: Its a Monday so I didn't think she would need to rush but this time was SO BAD, I cant stand looking at my face without makeup because the brows are SO SO drastically different and thinner than one another. I think she remember I wanted it thicker so one side was pretty good. but the other side after a customer walked in ( I dont know if this made her rush or anything) OMG look like a catapillar! Its a big difference and I look so strange with uneven eyebrows which is my worst nightmare cuz generally If i had makeup on I only do my brows to make them look fuller. Im quite dissapointed and question myself whether I want to go back or not...this might take another 3 months to grow back ......... sighhhhhhhhhh End Product: I dont think everything was trim correctly because I had dont some when I went home. I also had to pluck some stray hair that was obvious out of place ( not to make my eyebrows thinner but to clean it up) One eye super thin than the other :( CONS: I liked this place because it was relatively close and everyone had such a positive experience! This threading salon deserves 5 stars. More specifically, Vishali deserves 5 stars for her eyebrow threading! She is friendly, experienced, and listens to how you want your eyebrows shaped. I am usually in and out within 5 minutes or so, and satisfied with how my eyebrows came out. Some places cause irritation to the skin around my brows, but I have not experienced that here because she is very gentle. My tip is to stop plucking/waxing and let your eyebrow hair grow; let Vishali work her threading magic on your eyebrows after they have grown out. She will give you a 'Customer Rewards Program' card that says "Buy 5 sets of eyebrow threading & the 6th is FREE", so don't forget to get it stamped during your visits! read more

I've got to know the owner Vaishali very well over the past years and she has to be the most genuine and gentle esthetician out there. Since the whole fiasco with COVID Vaishali has encouraged her customers to make appointments online to avoid waiting and avoid the room getting compacted. With the appointments it makes it so much easier to plan your day out and still get your brows done in a timely manner being both quick for you and easy on her to avoid having customers waiting. I have been coming to get my eyebrows done here for 3 years now and i love the work and quality of the service i recieve. Vaishali is awsome and with covid has changed her way of threading to make me feel comfortable getting my eyebrows done, she takes my temp at the door has hand sanitizer ready for me to use, she wears her mask and does not place the thread in her mouth, her technique is safe, sanitary, and as always detail to my eyebrows care is great. There is now appointment times you can book online which helps keep interactions with other people to minimum to none to only her. Wow, I have never had a more disappointing eyebrow threading experience, and I have been consistently getting my eyebrows threaded for about 10 years! The technician spent approximately 3 minutes on my eyebrows! She then proceeded to slather lotion on my eyebrows before I got a chance to check them out! After I complained about the quality of the job, she proceeded to work on my eyebrows for approximately 60 seconds - without wiping off the lotion mind you. My eyebrows are barely better than when I entered. I quickly paid and got out of there. I did not want to give her a third try because I was afraid I might end up with no eyebrows! I will go home and clean them up a bit myself and then get them threaded again next week - at a new salon! I will never be back here. read more

OMG... I'm sooo very happy. If you are looking for a person who does the BEST facials, micro blading and eyebrow threading, look no further. Vashali is truly the best at it. I have had monthly facials for several years due to having "melasma" with absolutely no results. I started going to Vashali once a month 4 months ago and my results are incredible. My skin is looking better than it has looked in years. I can now go out without foundation, and when I were it I use very little. Not only is she great at taking care of your skin, she's also the very best when it comes to your eyebrows.
