OMG... I'm sooo very happy. If you are looking for a person who does the BEST facials, micro blading and eyebrow threading, look no further. Vashali is truly the best at it. I have had monthly facials for several years due to having "melasma" with absolutely no results. I started going to Vashali once a month 4 months ago and my results are incredible. My skin is looking better than it has looked in years. I can now go out without foundation, and when I were it I use very little. Not only is she great at taking care of your skin, she's also the very best when it comes to your eyebrows. I have never sat down and taken the time to write a review, but when I look at my face and see the results it makes me smile. Thanks Vashali, you are the best!!! read more

I appreciate that I was able to walk in but I felt like the lady made a few rude comments. Also it was extremely fast. For me, if I'm paying $10 for my eyebrows to be threaded, I would hope they spend a bit more time and consideration. Also I read a comment where she favors some customers and I noticed that too. I didn't feel like she was super friendly with me but when a customer who made an appointment walked in, she seemed so much nicer to her. Wouldn't come back here. read more

I get my eyebrows microbladed by Vaishali and let me tell you it is a GAME CHANGER! Vaishali does an excellent job and is very knowledgeable and precise. She takes her time, makes the client feel comfortable, and is a true artist. Before getting my eyebrows done the first time (I have now gone twice), I asked her soooo many questions, all of which she answered with no problem and was happy to help and calm my nerves. She has transformed my nonexistent eyebrows into beautiful NATURAL looking brows. There is no other person I trust with my eyebrows! read more

I love this place. I am one of those girls who never cared about eyebrows. My roommates and friends have all been convincing me to either pluck or wax my eyebrows- but it's so painful. One day I mustered up the courage to get my eyebrows threaded and I'm so happy I chose this place! The main woman who works there assured me she would not go over-bird with the thinness. The woman brought out the natural shape of my brow and transformed my unruly brow into a beautiful frame for my eye. Not going to lie, the process is a bit painful. But the result turns out much cleaner and more natural than plucking or waxing. I am now a fan of this brow threading spot and have returned 5 times since my first time. I will def be coming back! read more

I love this place, been coming here since it opened & i've had no complaints. I always get my eyebrows done by the owner. Shes very friendly & the space is always clean! read more

I'm the worst kind of Chicana. Vegetarian and entirely lax about my brow game. No carne asada for me and no arsenal of brow pencils in my Caboodles. I get shit about it from my family all the time. "Mija, pero es just chiiiiiiiicken" No, ma...not even chicken! *stomps off* "Mija, want me to do your brows for you?" No, ma...I like them this way! *stomps off* Much like the rest of me, my brows are thick and rebellious. I stomped my way to Vishali after a particularly unfortunate encounter with some broad in La Verne who messed up my brows something wicked. I was heated and armed with pics of the kind of brows I thought I wanted. Hard angles, soft angles, flat and 50's glam. Vishali took one look at the photos, then a couple looks at my face and told me how it was going to go down. She proceeded to explain why those shapes wouldn't work on my unruly, natural brows and then showed me what would. And you know what? She was right. She has spent the last few months shooting down my hippie angle brow fantasies and fixing them into a shape that compliments and flatters my cute lil face. "Mija, finally someone is doing your brows right!" Thanks, ma. Vishali will not coddle your dreams of unattainable brow queen arches, but she will tell you what will look best on your mug. You should listen to her. Like most magic makers, Vishali has a strong following. Be prepared to wait a few clients and pray they're not getting henna because then you'll be sitting there for 45 minutes reading beauty mags from June 2004. Bring $8 for brows, $3 for tip and dont forget to snap up the Rewards card. read more

Okay I LOVED the first few times I came in. My eyebrows looked great! But as time started to pass she would change the shape or make them thinner. I thought "maybe she doesnt remember me or how I like them" So i would do a little friendly reminder every time. But I realized what the problem was. When she has people waiting even if it's only 1 person she will rush it. My first few times there was no one so she was able to do a good job. I dont mind waiting for people to get their eyebrows done because when im seating in that chair i want her to take good time on mine. If you ask her or tell her something when she has people she will give you a taste of attitude which i dont appreciate. I understand you dont want to keep your customers waiting long but i would rather wait and get a killer threading! She should really get someone else to help her. If i go in and see more than 3 people waiting i know it will be a disaster and wont like it. Also the thread is always snapping on my face! Its annoying and it hurts. Idk i think im done testing my luck here and will look for another place.... Which sucks cuz she can do a great job.. CAN... read more

I stopped coming here for over 2 years now, last time I went service was not good and I was rushed. I made an appointment and followed all the instructions. She was very rude with me and I didn't appreciate that. I was a regular costumer so for her to be rude towards me I wasn't having it. I just simply stopped going. read more

I will never be back here again. I don't know if she was in a bad mood or just bitter toward me because I haven't come in so long, but I swear she purposely ripped out my upper lip hair as fast as possible to cause pain. When I told her I just wanted my lip done she seemed even more annoyed than she already was. My upper lip is swollen now. There are tiny flecks of blood. I am sure this will result in those gross bumps that look like pimples. She never even switched sides; she just ripped my hair out in long sections. There wasn't anyone else even waiting so I have no clue why she rushed so much. Usually she is nice and makes small talk. Today she made it seem like I was lucky to get a hi out of her. I will keep going to my new place in Fullerton where they have a much better deal and much better service. $10 for eyebrows and lip. Plus they massage your forehead after all. read more

Brow Shapes Threading - Yep. I wish my lip was normally that big... My upper lip burned the whole way home. - Threading Services Near Me - San Dimas, California

Vashali is wonderful! She did my brows perfect the first time and no one has touched them ever since. She's very skilled and gentle.

I got a very nice, heterosexual brow threading service here on 8/3/13. Loved the conservative shaping-- subtle and perfect for dudes-- but it hurt a little bit. The girl kept saying "let me know if it hurts", but it's not like there's a whole lot she could do? I dont know how the other place I used to go to in SF could do it without hurting as badly, but I did leave here with red bumps (8 hours later, I still do have tiny red bumps/burns around my eyes). No bigs, since these will go away tomorrow. 20% discount for checking in, making it a whopping $8. Pretty cheap! There's no aloevera-eye-massaging here though... those are the best. read more

I was desperately seeking a new place after having my eyebrows destroyed at my previous place. As soon as I walked in the door, V made me feel welcome and at ease. I explained my situation to her and she assured me she would help.... And she did!! Save yourself any eyebrow misfortunes and go to V! :) read more

The business itself is very clean and professional. When I had come on a Monday evening, I only waited a couple minutes. The lady working was very nice but she didn't ask me any questions about shape and how thin. She just cleaned my eyebrows and saw my expression. She did courteously ask if I wanted to thin them out more. But didn't pursue any other helpful advise. Being a Threading establishment, shouldn't the workers ask how and what the client wants especially if they are new to your business? This place feels more for older moms who just need to get their brows done and go. Not really for someone who is trying to be fashion-forward in a sense. read more

Vishali is a very warm person. She does eyebrows and lips very quickly and I have never left unhappy. Even when others have ruined my eyebrows, she has helped me fix them. I would definitely recommend Brow Shapes to anyone looking to find a good place for threading. :) read more

I absolutely love coming here. I don't go anywhere else. Every time I go, I feel welcomed and treated very nicely by the owner. Don't trust anyone else with your eyebrows, I've made that mistake. They are very quick and personable. read more

I love Vishali! I have been in the area since 2000 and hadn't found a consistent, go-to place till she joined our community. Thanks, Vishali! Ignore the people that gave you less than 5 stars - you're the best! :) read more

Vaishali is amazing! My eyebrows only know one person and that is her! She is so sweet and gives such personal attention to my eyebrows and face. In the beginning, she would take her time and make sure she didn't hurt my super sensitive skin. Now, I am more used to it and I feel it's because of her. She gives me such a great arch and never makes them too thin. But you can choose your preferences with her. She also has a customer card where if you receive 5 threading services, you get the 6th free. I first went to her in Brea, but when I found out she was going to be working up the street from me, I was absolutely elated! Every time I get my eyebrows done, I get compliments! Other eyebrow places just treat you like a number and try to get rid of you as fast as they can. And they don't have the best customer service. But not with Vaishali. She's grrrreat! :) read more

Best place to get your eyebrows done! I have a scar on my right eyebrow and they are able to take that into account when cleaning them up. And they always make sure you are happy with your eyebrows! Best place around! read more

Honestly this place sucks. I've been here like 4 times and each time being hopeful that they can do my eye brows well but this lady can't. I would tell you please go somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE. It's over priced for service that doesn't look professional when you walk out the door. I will forever promote Brows Inc in West Covina. Go there instead. read more

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now but was never satisfied with how they looked and how bad it hurt, until I found this place. I have never loved the shape of my eyebrows until now. I even have been complimented on them several times, which had never before happened in my life! Also she has a stamp card, buy 5 and get the 6th free! I already used mine up and have started a new one! Love this place! Please done ever leave! read more

Still 5 stars she never disappoints. No matter how busy she gets she treats every customer like they are the only one in the shop till they are satisfied. As for now I will only go to Vaishali. Finding someone else to work with her, I think would be hard since it's so rare to find an AMAZING threader. She is definitely at the top of the game and will always have my loyalty. read more

Vaishali is the best! I just moved back to San Dimas from Washington where I had an amazing brow artist. With that being said I was looking for a new brow person. Vaishali will be my new brow artist and also my new henna artist FOREVER. She is amazing at what she does. I have brows that grow down and patchy.....aka worst brows ever. She cleaned these babies up like it was no big deal. Usually people struggle to make my brows look similar. I've always been told: "Brows are supposed to be sisters not twins." However, I'm pretty sure Vaishaili made them twins!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!! read more

Brow Shapes Threading - My Henna. I smeared a little bit of it. My fault. But overall beautiful job. She is truly talented. - Threading Services Near Me - San Dimas, California

I'm very picky about my eyebrows and have had terrible experiences at other places. She has never messed up my eyebrows and always cleans them up, without making my shape any thinner. I highly recommend her, she gets busy on Fridays and weekends so plan to wait a while if you go on then. :) but she is totally worth the wait read more

Continues to be an amazing place to get your brows done! I've been coming for years and my teenager comes with me now.

yay, inexpensive threading without going all the way to OC! super friendly and easy to chat with owner, very clean and peaceful decor, inexpensive (sign says $10 for threading eyebrows but I was charged $8 - maybe she automatically applied the Yelp check-in 20% off?) with buy 5 get one free frequent customer card. i've been getting my brows threaded for a few years now and this was the first time that i've experienced brow powder... what a difference it makes! i'm thinking about buying some the next time i go in. she has a large selection of photos of brows to choose from if that's your taste but i have no idea what i want so i liked that she knew exactly what to do and i came away with natural and clean brows... makes my face happier. she recommended to come in about every 3 weeks so catch me there in a few weeks! read more

Very quick and efficient eyebrow threading. Had been to two other places prior but this will be my new spot. It's definitely worth going out of my way to have them do my eyebrows. I also bought their eyebrow fill in powder and lash/brow growth serum. Very happy with the products and service. Prices are very reasonable too. read more

I absolutely love this place! I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. The place is very clean and the staff is so nice and welcoming. This place deserves every 5-star rating it has, and more! Vaishali is the owner, totally friendly and extremely experienced. My eyebrows are a little thin but she knew exactly what to do with them, evening them out and making them look great now and even better when they fully grow in and she can shape them more. On top of being so inexpensive for the top notch service she provides ($8 for eyebrow and $6 for lip!), there's a punch card so you can get every sixth threading FREE! read more

I came in early to get my eyebrows and lip threaded. When I walked in I noticed how clean and tidy the place was which is a huge plus! I saw down in the chair and told the woman how I had been going to a different spot but felt as though my brows were never really getting the shape I was asking for. So the woman listened to me point out where I needed it most etc. Before she started she told me her game plan and then began threading. My eyebrows look awesome and I love that she listened to me about the shape I am going for. She told me where to let them grow out for next time to achieve the look I want which was really helpful. Overall, I will definitely be going back here to have my threading needs done! read more

I've been coming to Vaishali for 5+ years and she's awesome! It's so difficult to find someone who does a consistently great job and I don't trust anyone else to thread my eyebrows. Vaishali is sweet and also remembers her customers. She has a convenient online appointment system now too to limit wait times and prevent overcrowding. read more

The new girl is great too! I came here earlier and people before me didn't want to get their brows done because she's new but I got to skip ahead and let her do my brows! She's just as good as the original owner who is also still there! No need to be afraid :-) I definitely recommend this place and both workers here are just as great! read more

This was my first time and I recommend coming here. They provided fast and friendly service (less than 5 minutes).

Found this gem conveniently around the corner from my job. Quick service, very pleasant to deal with. Always a great experience

Vishalli is the BEST. I've gone to many eyebrow threaders and she ALWAYS does a great job. I will always go to her.

Came here on a Wed. evening, wait wasn't bad, only about 10 min. I'm not sure who threaded my eyebrows and upper lip but I'm so sad! I came in with bushy eyebrows and wanted a clean up and a little more arch and I left with stick - like eybrows. :( Also, my upper lip still has and few hairs and they don't grab any hairs from the nose. my last place in Mission Viejo (Brow Story, I recently moved) got most of the hairs sticking out of my nose and always kept my eyebrows on point. I'm going to try the threading place in the Target shopping center next time. The threader was nice though, gave me a mirror to check her work...what was I suppose to say a after they were already gone? :\ read more

I love coming to see Vaishali. She's been doing mine and my family's brows for more then a year already. I got my eyebrows Microbladed by Vaishali yesterday and I love them. She was running a little behind because her first client came in late and that pushed her back, but that's okay she let me know ahead of time and as Vaishali was finishing up with me, my daughter was waiting in the car because she had an appointment after me to get her brows done. Then some lady got upset with Vaishali saying she let people go ahead of her, but that wasn't the case we had appointments before her. Vaishali is very professional and handles her business in a very professional way. Thank you Vaishali for always doing the BEST WORK! read more

I had high hopes coming into here. I was coming in merely for a clean up job thinkkng it wouldn't be a problem but after further inspection when I got to my car, I realized the lady who did my eyebrows messed up. My left brow turned out good but she took too much off the bottom of my right eyebrow. She took the curve I had in the bottom and now it's just straight across. I'm disappointed and now have to wait for it to grow back to normal. Will I be back here? Absolutely no, it was a mistake to not go to my usual place. read more

I've been coming to Vaishali for years, don't trust anyone else with my brows. So glad she's taking appointments now!

This coming from an eyebrow obsessive person....well deserved 5 stars. She really listened to my concerns. Fixed what no one else could fix before. I left the happiest I've ever been with my brows! Also, I called in on the holiday and she waited for me to close. Awesome! Amazinggggg! read more
