I made a quick appointment with them and the website was pretty easy with opening hours. I ran a little late, but I did call their AI system isn't as great as it should be. It transferred me to the Long Beach location, even though I went to Santa Ana. I wanted to always be on time, but to at least let them know that I was running late. When I came in my first reaction was that it was really clean and very inviting. I felt bad that on a Sunday there was only one worker and she was trying to take in everyone. It was nice that she set up realistic expectations for people. I got a Brazilian and it was my first time. I can tell she tried to be nice and friendly, but it felt forced. She also kind of got some wax stuck on me and that was a little scary that it didn't come off right away. This was my first visit and it went terribly. The customer service really needs improvement. I told them that I just wanted them not too thin and shaped on the top. She said I have ingrown from shaving and not to use the razor. I just shaved in the morning so it was impossible to get ingrowns that fast and I didn't see any. Despite this I said okay and I just didn't want my hair on the top and it was okay if she didn't do the top. She laughed and said of course it's okay. She proceeded to hand me a mirror so I could see my eyebrows and show me what she thought was ingrowns.. She was very repetitive and continued to say no razor and I really just wanted the service to be done. She talked me to for like 5 mins that I shouldn't use the razor and never even asked how I was doing or anything to make me more comfortable. She was very condescending and rude. I walked out after going back and forth with her. Worst experience ever read more
