WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! went in there and just asked for a clean up I was very specific to not make my eyebrows thin and to keep my shape when finished the lady showed me and I let her know my eyebrows are way too thin now and one is way shorter than the other and she said that's how my eyebrow is but it was definitely not like that.. my eyebrows are burning and hurt really bad I've been getting threaded for a while now and this has never happened I will be giving them back another call in the morning they hurt really bad and are very uneven!! This is a cute little shop where you can quickly get your threading needs met. The owner of the shop Rosa is very fast and accurate at what she does and so far I have always gotten good results. The shop does have multiple chairs but every time I visit I only see Rosa working so there can sometimes be a bit of a wait if there is a line. They offer threading on eyebrows, face, upper lip, henna tattoos etc. You even get a mini massage after the threading which makes the threading process a little less painful. read more

I am so upset. The lady who threaded my eyebrows told me they were uneven and that she was going to shape them to be similar with each other. I told her I liked my eyebrows thick. The list of services and prices were posted behind him. Sign in at the desk and then just wait for your turn. There was only one lady but it wasn't busy...which is really nice because waiting for 20-30 minutes can be grueling. . ~ ~ Three comfortable stations | o v o | with cheery, bright walls .\ @ / that welcome you. Really nice lady is quick and thorough. She enjoys her job because she even gives a little forehead & eyebrow massage. At the end, the gentleman was happy to give me their card. The back side has the list of services with prices and a punchcard; get 9 stamps and the 10th service is free. They made me look pretty. I've been coming to Rosa for almost a year now for eyebrow and upper lip threading. My eyebrows are naturally uneven and it has always been a challenge to make both symmetrical. Rosa consistently does a great job and takes extra time to make them as even as possible. I hardly have to tell her how I like them--she just knows what to do! I appreciate the friendly service and the face massage at the end of every threading service is a nice touch. I don't trust anyone else other than Rosa. I have made the mistake of going to a different person/location when I was in need of eyebrow threading as it ended up being a disaster of uneven eyebrows. A little backstory before coming here: I haven't threading my eyebrows in a little over 2 years because Ive had mistrust from other places because they ruined my eyebrows. I finally mount the courage to go get them threaded again, because my eyebrows finally grew and they needed to be clean. I came here for the first time yesterday, and there was no one in the store (I guess that should've warned me already). I immediately get seated to do my eyebrows. And when she hands over the mirror I barely have any eyebrows. She thinned them the FUCK out... literally she took off so much hair off the middle, they're so far apart from what I'm used to and on my right eyebrow there's basically NO arch. How can you call yourself a threading place when you don't even know how to simply clean an already shaped eyebrow. This place is not only run down but the shittiest place ever to do your eyebrows. I went to get my eyebrows done here and the woman who was doing the threading said she's only been threading for two months. Then the man who works there who I think is the owner interjected and said she's been doing it a lot longer. I got nervous as she was taking a really long time. They ended up being uneven and extremely thin. I was so upset because she completely messed my eyebrows up. I was so upset. The man kept butting in and saying my eyebrows looked fine and making excuses for her inexperience. I think he's the guy that does the notary, taxes and real estate services at this eyebrow threading place. It was really weird. I've been to many threading places and had mine done at a fair share of nanu locations but this place is AMAZING! My eyebrows have never looked so good, and many threaders do mine uneven but the lady I had was so nice, patient, and got them even! Also compared to the usual $11-13 I have to pay it is only $8 here, such steal. The quality is better than anywhere else I've been, I'm definitely gonna go here every time for my brows. I've had my eyebrows done here 3 times over the last 6 months. The technician has a good eye and my brows look more natural than they do after a wax. Threading seems to be better for the skin as well -- I actually have a couple of scars from waxing, no problems with threading so far. read more
