I honestly wish I could give this place 10 stars. I have recently moved to Long Beach from Northern California and I was so nervous about finding a place that would help me with my eyebrow upkeep (I'm picky). I obviously went to yelp for help and found this place. I have now found my go-to place for all my waxing and facial needs. Rachana is so gentle and very in tuned with her job. She makes sure you're comfortable and is always giving me tips on how I can improve my dry skin. My favorite part of getting my eyebrows threaded here is when she rubs them with lotion at the end, it's super soothing. If you are looking for someone to save your eyebrows, then you need to pay Rachana a visit. She has fixed my arches and leaves them super precise and clean every time. This place has lost its touch. After the younger woman (can't remember her name) left the shop, I was disappointed with all my visit moving forward. I'm going to miss this place but it's not the place to go to anymore. Keep doing your research and find a better spot read more

I was nervous about having to switch to a new eyebrow place but this place did not disappoint! The first time I came here the lady told me my eyebrows weren't even and that I had to grow some parts out more. I'd say this is my 4th time coming here and my eyebrows are finally looking amazing! So glad I found this place. If you are doing a walk in it does take some time because they are usually busy, so if you don't want to wait a bit I recommend making an appointment. It's easy to make an appointment online through their website and you can check out the other services they proved. Anyway this is my new favorite place!! Highly recommend!!! read more

I love this place! This is my one stop place for threading and waxing. I will refuse to go anywhere else. I scheduled Brazilian waxing through the online booking site and I love it because it's so convenient. I can book the night before and there will be availability for appointments. I came in today for Brazilian waxing and eyebrow threading and upper lip threading. Rachana was the one who did all of my services. She is great at what she does. Now I know why everyone wants to go to her for eyebrow threading. Ever since I came here my eyebrows have looked the best they can be. I have accepted that my eyebrows can never look like sisters but at least they can look pretty close to it. I have been waxed by Rachana twice now and she is so informative. She knows so much about what I need to do with aftercare. She will ask questions and suggest certain things. I love that about her. Nisha is fantastic!! I went in after my usual lady retired from my usual location so I decided to try a new place. I came with uneven eyebrows from a wax I got and I came out with beautiful, even brows after my service with Nisha. She is quick and the threading was painless compared to my past years of threading. I'll definitely be returning!!! Street parking only in front of the business but I found parking pretty easily. read more

I'm normally not someone who writes reviews. But for this one I felt obligated. I've been going to brow heaven for about 6 months. There are a few ladies there that do decent work but none that wow'd me. My last 2 visits were awful. The 2nd to last lady did did not do a thorough job at all. I had to ask her 3-4 times to do a bit more clean up. Each time I just got a long stare. I decided to cut my losses and head home since I was in my lunch break. About a week ago I went and asked to do a light clean up but over all to leave them the same shape, thickness and length. I didn't get her name but she threaded them pretty quickly. I was shocked to see that my brows were ruined. No shape & different lengths. The owner was sympathetic and didn't charge me but unfortunately I don't think I'll ever go back. read more

Love this spot! Went in to get my eyebrows threaded(clean-up) and they came out fleeky af!! The ladies are very sweet and they always have great music to listen to while you wait. Love the lil massage they give you while they're applying lotion. I'm always walking out of there with a huge smile on my face. read more
