My esthetician was Shayla who is so sweet, enthusiastic, and a master at what she does! The first time I went she really went over every single step and made sure I was comfortable and asked lots of questions so that she could perform the service to match my end goals. She brought me to the room which is standard for all the WTC rooms and told me I could get ready and she'd come back. When I told her it was my first time she went over everything with me and gave me a towelette to cleanse with. They leave as you cleanse and undress and enter when you're ready. They provide a paper cloth to cover yourself which was nice and Jessika explained the whole appointment to me. She was so friendly and we had a great chat which really helped ease my mind and keep me preoccupied. She explained any new step she was doing and was incredibly thorough and told me when she was stopping and why and also explained the after care to me and recommended products for me to purchase. I felt so comfortable and that's all I could ask for! She talked a great deal about her own waxing experience and how she wanted to make sure her clients were comfortable and that the experience is as easy going as possible, and it really was. She definitely knows what she's doing and I couldn't ask for a better cereologist for the first time!
