I decided to try this place on Labor Day since my regular salon was closed. I booked online…read morespecifically with Linna because of her great reviews, but when I arrived, they assigned me to someone else and told me the technician selection on their website doesn't actually matter -- which was really misleading. The technician I ended up with did a very poor job. The nail shapes were all different, the sides weren't properly painted, and the polish was applied so thick that it looked messy. I quietly mentioned it to the front desk because I didn't want to embarrass the technician, but they only offered me 10% off or to have the same technician repaint, which I declined. The staff did suggest trying another technician next time, but honestly, the experience was disappointing enough that I don't think I'll be returning.

Haley had her phone in her pocket which kept vibrating against the table and, while I did not look to be sure, it felt as though she kept checking it as one hand would come off my body during the massage. I've had enough massages to know when the therapist is distracted and this definitely was one of those times. It was unfortunate as I was really looking forward to relaxing. I would go back for the pedicure but not a massage with Haley. I did call and speak with management afterwards about my less than stellar massage service. They did credit me $20 and while I appreciate that, that does not even covered 20% of the service cost.
