Have taken my daughter here to get her eyebrows threaded multiple times. Its pretty simple...its never been full and ive always been able to walk in and had her eyebrows done without an appointment. Its only $12 and eyebrow threading takes 5-10 minutes. Its a hit or miss depending who does them for you but 90% of the time they are done well. They are located inside Broward Mall in the entrance by Buffalo Wild Wings on the right hand side. Parking is free outside the mall. read more

Brow Art 23 - threading - Hair Removal Near Me - Plantation, Florida

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and avoid wasting money in this place. First time I get a service and leave needing to get it done still. The person here doesn't know how to do threading at all, gets upset for telling her there's still a lot of hairs and even got cuts over my chin (that never happens in other places). Such a regret to stop here just because I needed a quick lil and chin hair removal.... And she didn't even do my chin and did that's part of the neck? Like what? Charging $18 bucks for chin and upper lip (already extra overpriced) and left with most of my hairs - ohh and ace got so upset for no leaving tip. Like are you serious?! read more

Brow Art 23 - The worst service I've had - Hair Removal Near Me - Plantation, Florida

Really not a good job, I had a lady come and start threading, but during her entire work was speaking to her friend sitting there. It's very rude, then while she was trying to upsell me to do my upper lip and I refused it, then told me I was done. Didn't cut my eyebrows, didn't put witch hazel to tame the redness. The. Once I got home I see that she left plenty of hairs and did a bad job and different sizes on both eyebrows!!! $13 is the standard threading price for eyebrows, so that part I am not complaining about. read more

friendly and skillful staff that always leaves my brows looking better than when i arrived!

Was recommended this place and when i say i will never step one foot in there again.. that's what i get for cheating on my threader who charges more but does an amazing job. I left there with eyebrows looking like they were never touched.. hairs left over, no shape.. men should be the only people coming here because they don't know how to shape womens brows.. I'm fucking pissed read more

HORRIBLE experience! The lady was so rough and rude. I left with cuts on my lips and with hair still. As far as my eyebrows... two completely different shapes. I expressed that all I wanted was a clean up and I definitely did not get that. I also expressed to the lady that I hated the way my eyebrows come out and all she said was well in order for my to clean them I need to get in there I will never come back again!!!! read more

Brow Art 23 - Two different shapes!!!!! - Hair Removal Near Me - Plantation, Florida

Was excited to come in today with my husband since I was recommending him to this place and was extremely disappointed. Will never come back and I recommend others not to go here either We were taken care of by Ayesha Nasreen, who was rude and unwelcoming. I handed her my payment and she literally yelled at me "No tip!?" I always wait to complete a payment and get a receipt to see what is recommended at the bottom in regards to percentage. Tips are always very important to me but it is beyond disrespectful to yell at a customer and force them to tip you. This is beyond unprofessional Very disappointed read more

I went to this brow art in broward mall to get my eyebrows threaded and as soon as she started i felt like she was too rough and then she states I have a cut and I said I never came with a cut and then she states how it's not her fault with attitude and when I said I wanted to leave and not continue to get them done and she repeatedly told me to seat down and finish and how it will be fine. I will not be going back to this studio.the one in pembroke lakes mall is a lot better and i recommend you to go there instead read more

My first time here and I was little hesitant to come in because I read the reviews some good ones and bad ones. But much to my surprise the girl really did an excellent job on my eyebrows. Threading is the art of hair removal originated first in Asia and spread throughout Middle East. It's fast and almost painless and inexpensive and much better for your skin then waxing. Will be back when I'm at the Mall again. read more

They do your eyebrows good and they're nice until you have to pay. If you don't leave the tip they want or no tip then you get attitude. I was leaving 1 dollar tip when I was already paying 30 and she wanted to complain instead of being grateful or just keeping it to herself, she ended up giving it back because she said it was nothing to her. read more

Only go here if you want your brows completely messed up. I feel like a fool every time I walk out of the store because I had grown my brows out for two months(previously had gone to another brow art location and they gave me one squared brow the other round) I asked the woman for a squared arch and just a clean up... my brows are COMPLETELY gone. For the hair that I do have for "eyebrows" now, they're round. This honestly sucks. So disappointed. One star because I can't rate zero read more

Unprofessional! Decided to give this place a shot even after reading the bad reviews and my experience was no different. The lady working the front chair allowed a customer without an appointment to skip everyone because the customer was "pressed for time and could not wait". This customer just walked in and was only there for about 2 minutes. I was waiting for over 15 minutes and was up next-- there was about 4 other people after me that were also waiting. After I called them out on it, they tried to apologize and take me right away. Needless to say, I was already disgusted at the service and decided to leave. I'm glad I did because I ended up finding a great/professional brow place closer to my house. Save your time and spend your money where you get good service! read more

I used to go here all the time a few years back. The people were friendly and my brows always came out amazing. However my last experience visiting there was really bad. I walked in and received a glance from two women working there. The woman working on the chair beside mine seemed friendly enough, but the lady doing my eyebrows was aggressive and rude. It's fine if you don't want to speak to me, but I'd like to tell you how I want my eyebrows done instead of being brushed aside. She ended up giving me a bad shape and didn't even get all the hair around my brows, nor did she wipe the off after or get rude of the hair that she did pull from my face. Afterwards, I had to go home and do them again myself. Go somewhere where people trained better and more courteous. read more

Super Upset today after a closer look at my eyebrows. I have been letting my brows grow out and fill in for 8 months or longer, feeling very self conscious about my brows but knowing it would be worth it after they are able to fill in and have a little shape. I was VERY clear and nervous to have my brows threaded and simply just asked advice at Brow Art. She seemed confident to not touch the shape and clean up my brows... Now that I am home for 1 day I can easily see they are uneven, 1 brow is much thinner then the other and shaped. I am so disappointed! Someone you feel you can trust and understands what you are looking for when you spend 10 minutes discussing your concerns. Still decides to do whatever they please and create two different sized brows in the end. Do not recommend! read more

I've been going here for years. I've never had an issue. It's inexpensive, the ladies are always fast and friendly. Threading is really neat, I recommend it. read more

Horrible. They've only done my eyebrows good once. Today i went and she didn't even brush them up to see the shape of my eyebrow. She didn't even trim them, i had to ask her to do it. She was in a rush to go back to her phone. When she trimmed my eyebrow she trimmed a whole chunk of my eyebrow off left them completely UNEVEN. read more

OMG! The new lady! The short and chubby one! Shes a disaster! Shes terrible! No wonder she got let go from "Amys salon" because it isnt the first time she messes up eyebrows! She isnt gentle and does it too quick. Then she says " im doing then how you want me to do them". Please do not allow her to do them she is very u profesional and this is the second time she messes them up. I stopped getting them done at Amy's because of her now I have to find another place. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

Nothing is false about my review. The girl wrote her name on a card for me. That is the only way I would remember. If girls are not getting along in your place of business like you claim, that should be a red flag to customers. No one wants to admit to their work. read more

I don't care if you need your brows done last minute STAY AWAYYYYY! Horrible service for one! This lady basically threaded most of my brows off! Like whatever you do just don't come to this location you will do regret it!!!!! Ugh read more

I know many people have mentioned bad experiences at this place but I think it all depends on the individual. I had a lady known as siddhi and she did an awesome job with my eyebrows. I come to this location all the time to clean and shape up my eyebrows. I would definitely recommend siddhi as I have had only good experiences with her. :) read more

Last time I went, I think her name is Sam, she is AMAZING. So gentle with my skin and extremely patient with me. I went a second time and Sam wasn't there. I really needed to get my eyebrows done so I went with an older woman. She was nice, but she was SO ROUGH with my skin. Then tells me that I have sensitive skin. I actually don't. She was just so rough. She only threaded my eyebrows...didn't shape them or anything. PLUS one is THINNER than the other one. On top of that, she left my face spotty. I have hair in random places, my face is SO RED with red spots all off it because of how rough she was. Is this how I'm treated after spending $40+? I expect something to be done or else I'll charge back my credit card and never return. I'm only giving it 3 stars because I've been to Sam multiple times and each time she's been amazing. Other than that, no. read more

I gave this place a one star only because zero star was not an option. I used to get my eyebrows done regularly at this place for years. The service was very friendly and overall, I liked the results. Originally, the salon was located close to the main entrance of the mall. Unfortunately, so much has changed since COVID. Now they are all the way in the back end of the mall, in an obscure corner. I am sure their business has suffered due to lower foot traffic. As a result, they have hired low-life and low-class staff, who know nothing about customer service. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THEM AGAIN. I recommend finding someplace else. The woman who worked on my brows yesterday was absolutely NASTY and DISGUSTING. I wish I had gotten her name. I was in such a hurry and needed to get the threading as I had a trip to be ready for. This woman carried herself with ARROGANCE and HATEFUL DISDAIN. It's like she felt she was too good to serve the public. My sincere wish is that the BROW ART 123 store traffic remains low, just like their low-life staff and eventually they shut down. read more

They destroyed my eyebrows. Worst threading I've ever experienced. They're uneven, messy. they were rushed. Truly awful job. Came here out of desperation. Would rather have my thick eyebrows back than this choppy mess. Shame on you. read more

Had my eyebrows threaded before to a beautiful full and natural look. I needed my brows cleaned up so I decided to give them a try. I just needed my eyebrows "cleaned up" so I trusted that the girl would just thread where the strays were. Well I noticed this was more painful than the other place and figured it was just the different thread/technique. Turns out she re-shaped my brows to a mere line almost! No wonder it hurt so much- she was pulling my brows, not just the strays! NEVER going there again. Now I'm left with way too thin eyebrows for my face and with the hope that they'll grow back in again. Don't know what to do. I wanted to cry when I saw what she had done. Hopefully I'll be able to do something while I grow my brows back. read more

Worse eyebrow experience ever. Uneven. One thick, one thin. One round one angle. Line wasn't clean. There is still hair everywhere. Soo mad!

This place is great! I usually get waxes for hair removal but decided to go there one day while I was in the Broward Mall. I had my eyebrows and upper lip done and while it was a little more painful than waxing the results were terrific. Usually after waxing my upper lip would break out from irritation, not the case with threading. I've been back again and again. Try this if you're looking for hair removal. read more

I went to the less busy of the two locations in this mall and not only did I not have to wait, but Arzanah did a great job. I have fairly flat eyebrows and she made an arch for me without going too thin. I've noticed that though there's some redness and pain, it's a lot less than either tweezing or waxing. read more

Ladies....if you're still waxing your eyebrows...STOP!!!! Threading is the way to go!!! Let Brow Art 23 make you a believer...you will not be sorry. The ladies at this place are quick, friendly, and do a great job. Just a few minutes and you get fresh, pretty eyebrows minus the pain (it only hurts a little the first time and if you wait too long between visits) and redness left behind by waxing!!!! Once you thread, you'll never go back!!!!!! ***This review is for both the Broward Mall and Pembroke Lakes Mall locations. They are equally as fantastic!!!*** read more

Awful awful awful! Before she started I advised her not to overthread my eyebrows since I am growing them out to a fuller shape. Well she completely messed them up. She removed way too much hair and left me bald spots. When I disagreed with her work she got mad and I had to pay full price. I'm so disappointed. Will never return. Save your eyebrows ladies. read more

Absolutely terrible. Nobody introduces themselves to you, so you have no clue who's doing your brows. No name tags. And forget about the actual work itself. There's never a wait because they don't bother to take their time - I had 2 people in front of me and was still taken care of within 8 minutes of walking in. She literally took 3 minutes on me. TERRIBLE. I told her I was growing my brow in - it's like she took all 3 minutes to strip away as much as she could. They have no shape and stop way too short. Given this place 3 tries now and each time had somebody different with the same result. Won't make the same mistake of coming here again. read more

I've threaded since I was about 15 years old. I have never been cut during the process as much as I have been here! I went in Sunday early afternoon, Farzana was the threader. After the first few that were overly painful, I checked for cuts and there were a few but not too much. Needless to say, it was my worst experience in a long time. Most of the facial area, that I paid to have threaded, still had much or the hair in addition to all the cut and healing areas I now have a result. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS WOMAN OR RECCOMMEND HER!!! read more

Only wish i had read reviews before going here i would have never went.. Such a horrible experience on the night i have to go out... Chopped my eyebrows short on one end and left the other long.. Then said thats how they naturally are... NO THEY ARE NOT! Never had that experience before and i threaded with brow art at other locations.. They are full of crap and are too busy chatting than focusing on your eyebrows .. Its eyebrow art for petes sake take pride in your work.. Will never go back here if i was paid to. The manager claims she tried to fix my eyes by putting thin makeup line which didnt work! Really wanted to punch them both in the face and i don't usually get that angry Save your self the aggravation and the embarrassment of jacked up brows. read more

This place is awful!! The worst eyebrow experience ever. I went to the one across from Buffalo Wild Wings. Just terrible. She did one eyebrow extremely thin and one thick. The thick one wasn't so bad especially because I clearly told her I like my brows thick. It wouldn't even have been so bad if they were both thin and I couldnt even ask her to take more off the thick one because she was already behind the counter expecting payment. It's probably a good thing because that probably would have made everything worse. The thin side was a disaster and all I wanted to do was cry. Thank God for eyebrow pencil. I will never ever be back. read more

I literally got my eyelashes done 2 hours ago and one fell off while washing my face. Literally a joke. Definitely want my money back!

Horrific! The first time I went there, the tech did a great job. Went a second time and she wasn't there, the tech pretty much took all my brows out, but the shape was not bad. I could fill it in with pencils or whatever. This last time was the breaking point. I made sure to tell the tech (Marchana) not to thread them as thin as the last time and she said no worries but proceeded to not only make them much thinner, but uneven. When I voiced my disappointment, she stated with a smirk that they will grow next time. I grew my eyebrows out for about 2 months before going there. NEVER AGAIN! Don't waste your time and money European Wax Center may cost more, but they do a much better job. read more

When I first started threading my eyebrows I used Brow Art and I WAS happy with the work they did. I was becoming a regular, I'd be in every two weeks and always had excellent service. One day one of the ladies I got started doing my brows and talking to her coworker and moving back and forth from me to her friend and watching videos on their phone. As someone who works with people you should NEVER leave your customer to look at something that came be saved for later. She ended up butchering my eyebrows and then proceeded ago ask me for a tip!! I will never go back or recommend anyone to Brow Art. They are HORRIBLE and should be more considerate of their customers!! read more

If you want your eyebrows to look completely different then this is your place. But don't dare tell them they don't look the same cause they will get mad and defend the horrible job they do, this place is very unprofessional and they are rude. lady working today was rude and unprofessional. shes lucky my eyebrows looked good but i have overly sensitive skin and she did not even care to acknowledge or have any compassion, instead she said "beauty hurts" with an attitude. like wtf? what am i supposed to say to that? thats the most retarded shit ive ever heard. stay away from the overly drawn tattooed eyebrow short chubby lady. read more
