Sujana did my brows, she was really friendly, answered all my questions, and did an amazing job. I ended up getting their membership since it saves quite a bit if you plan on coming regularly, and you can use it at any location, which is a big plus.

During the service, I observed repeated double-dipping of the applicator stick, which is unsanitary and can increase the risk of spreading infections or disease between clients. The waxing room itself appeared dusty and unclean. Additionally, the curtain was left partially open during the appointment, showing a lack of regard for client privacy.
