Quiet literally one of the WORST eyebrow threading I've ever had done. The lady with the headscarf is cold and unprofessional. When I walked in, she signaled me to "check in" on an iPad while she was furiously talking to her friend on FaceTime. She did wrap up the call when I was done checking in. She was absolutely terrible with the threading. She did a very basic job by only removing the extra brow hairs on the surface level only. I could see the little black dots a day later as she didn't remove the hair from the root. I am already seeing regrowth and it's been 2 days. INSANE! It was also extremely expensive for brow threading... $20 for a BAD brow job... AVOID AVOID AVOID! read more

They are really great for threading, but I would absolutely not get waxed here. I got an infection both times like needed to go to the doctor and get antibiotics. Save yourself the pain, but for threading is good. read more

Upsell is their main goal. I got conned into doing more waxing and she was trying to sell me membership. she spilled pink wax on my white hoodie while waxing my eyebrows and upper lip. I will not be back. read more

I hate to leave à subpar review because the aesthetician was very nice and this is a new location. Very convenient shop, clean, and staffed with a friendly team. The pricing is fair. I asked for brow color and shaping. The shaping was done well, I opted for threading instead of wax. The color looked natural, and I had stronger looking eyebrows. I've had my brows colored often when having a facial; this is the first time I tried a mall-type service. I'm accustomed to gradual fading after about 4-6 weeks. I was assured it would last that long but it only lasted a week! Now I have to use eyebrow pencil again. Very disappointed. read more

During my initial day there was one Indian lady who us to do my eyebrows she was good but now I think she left the other lady I am skeptical because first time when she did my eyebrows she did not do a good job next time I have to tell her that please this time be careful. I had to go there because I have already paid for 6 service in advance. read more

I walked in and they had me in and out really quick. The ladies were super nice and did exactly what I asked, which was eyebrow threading, keeping the thickness and just removing the extra outside hair. read more

I had a horrible experience. I went to get my eyebrows and lip done and the lady pulled off my skin. I don't think she knows how to do eye brows or lips using wax. She could have told in the first place if she wasn't comfortable using wax on face, i would have not went ahead. My skin burns terribly. I can see clearly that a layer of skin came of. read more

Got in quick, super friendly. Goodness it hurts more than waxing but my brows have never looked better. My boyfriend actually noticed they were done! If that doesn't say WOW! I don't know what does. I ended up buying a 4-visit package because they have locations around the Puget Sound. So convenient if I want to get them done on a lunch break or a weekend near home! read more

Happened to stumbled upon this place and so happy I did! There was only one person working, but she was very sweet and work as best and as fast as she could. I have a low pain tolerance but she was very gentle and checked on me along the way. I love the way my brows ended up that I signed up for the membership! read more

what the actual f**k. I will NEVER cheat on my brow lady again. First of all, when I walked in she was asleep on her chair. Unprofessional. (Don't know her name. Older woman though). And I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Like okay, maybe she just woke up; had a long night. Whatever. But no. That wasn't the first time she was asleep. I walk by their shop pretty often and she's usually curved lol. Anyway. My eyebrows are really easy to clean up but... she took a chunk out of my left eyebrow near my arch. Actually she created the arch and made my brows like worse. Ugh. I don't know. Sorry I'm just rambling on. I was pretty upset about this and cried like a baby to my coworkers lmfao. I wouldn't recommend it. Just being real. read more

Such a sweet place! The lady didn't have anyone and I asked if I was able to get my brows done she dropped everything and took care of me and even went above and beyond! Love the attitude prices were great and she even made sure I didn't leave until I was satisfied! Def reccomend people.to come here read more

Brow Arc is conveniently located in Westlake Center mall just above where the Link Light Rail stop is. I've been twice and purchased a session based membership. They also have time based memberships available as well and the value will be dictated by how often you want/need to get threaded. Both experiences have been good, although this last time I was left with some little cuts on my brows. I think it's partly because I can be sensitive and I was also long overdue on getting my brows done. read more

We had a formal event coming up, so we made a reservation here to have my girlfriend's hair done on the day of the event. They wrote down our contact information in their planner and it was all set. Fast forward one week to the day of the event -- we arrive here again and are told that there's nobody available to do hair. The receptionist told us that they called and left a voicemail, which was never received. She then combs through the same planner we saw a week ago, but she was looking through the January section. She refused to listen to us when we pointed out that she should be looking in the April section... Either way, we figured if there's nobody to do hair today, we'll have to go somewhere else. So we asked her if there were any other salons nearby to do hair, and she literally told us to "just google it." We won't be visiting again. read more

This is by far the most amazing place in Seattle to get your eyebrows done :) and this is true because of Laxmi. She is seriously an artist and does threading like no one else. I cannot recommend her enough, she's incredible, friendly, and just an amazing professional - I always look forward to my appts with her. Thank you for your work, Laxmi! read more

I did a walk in and they were able to take me right away. She did an amazing job with getting all excess hair, because let me tell you I was pretty bushy. A few strays were left but I only noticed because I'm weird that way, but that okay I'll just pluck those few later. All that matter was that she got 99.9% of them. If I'm ever in the Seattle area again I will be sure to come here again. The only reason I took one star off is because she barely talk to me and asked what I wanted. Thankfully I only wanted a simple clean up, but it still is a valid question that I believe should always be asked. The price for threading and waxing for eyebrows is the same ($15) so why not just go big and do threading so it'll last longer right. Especially since not a lot of people do it. read more

I had to call to make sure Sharda was available the day I planned on coming in instead of wasting my time going down to downtown Seattle and have her not be there. Luckily, she was there! I showed her a pic of my eyebrows from two years ago explaining that I wanted my eyebrows to be a little thinner because my eyebrows ended up growing out to be really thick. The end results were amazing! She did a great job read more

I liked this place: no reservation necessary, walk-ins are welcome, the price is great ($60 for 6 sessions of threading), fast service and great result. read more

Walked in on a whim after picking up lunch a couple doors down. I had a slew of waxing questions (type of wax, confirmed a new stick was dipped into the pot each time, etc) and asked if services were by appointment only. They were able to take me as a walk in on the spot and I made it back to the office on time. Knowledge, service, skills, and pricing were wonderful. read more

I walked into Brow Arc shortly before work to get more info on brow threading. Sharada answered all my questions and then asked if I wanted them done on the spot. I didn't think I had enough time, but she assured me it take less than 5 minutes. True to her word, my out of control shapeless eyebrows were quickly transformed. They looked amazing! Very natural, and made my entire face look a little more refreshed. Sharada is the only tech I'll return too! read more

Do not come here for BROW LAMINATION! This place does not specialize in this service and will perform it incorrectly, not using the right technique. I've had brow lamination done multiple times at various salons, but this place completely missed the mark. Critical steps were skipped; the tech didn't shape my brows by combing the hair up into the desired position with a glue-like solution. She simply brushed them with a spoolie (which does absolutely nothing) and applied the perm solution. While that was processing, she switched between two other clients doing threading. I usually wouldn't mind this, but it made me concerned because she didn't use a timer and looked too distracted to keep track of time (especially while using such a harsh chemical as a perm). After the "lamination" was done, she didn't shape or trim hairs that were out of place, just slapped some brow gel and called it good. I also got eyebrow threading and tinting as part of the $79 package. Threading was good, and seems like a lot of customer come specifically for that (hence my 2-stars). The tinting was way too dark for me, I looked ridiculous, even after emphasizing that I do not want very dark eyebrows because I'm blonde. As a result of the poor technique, my eyebrow hairs barely changed direction of growth and doesn't look like I had anything done. It's a shame I wasted $79 at this salon. read more

Surprisingly, there are not many places downtown to get your eyebrows threaded. I've been threading my eyebrows for years and have had both good and bad experiences, this Brow Arc is pretty good. They offer a membership where you can pre-purchase threading appointments at a pretty significant discount, which is very appreciated. Where they lose a star, for me, is the pain. This is probably the most pain I have ever had to deal with for threading. I don't know if it's the thread they use or the fact that I have seen younger/more inexperienced technicians, but man, sometimes it REALLY hurts. The most painful appointment I had, I went home and saw I still had some stray hairs and wanted to die, lol. But at the end of the day, I have always been happy with how my eyebrows look, and that is what really counts. read more

This place is wonderful. Very clean and cute little space right in the middle of westlake mall. I love going to Sharada, she makes me feel beautiful/ handsome. Super sweet lady. Highly suggest her to anyone who is wanting to get their brows done for a affordable price and professional maintained. read more

I get my eyebrows done by Sharda and full body wax. I have super sensitive skin. Sharda definitely knows how to take care of the customers, make them feel comfortable and she has great expertise in waxing and eye brows. Never had a bad experience with her. She is very friendly and knows how to work on sensitive skin and is very patient. Love my eye brows now and can never find another person who can wax/ do my eye brows better than her. Would give a five star if everyone else at this parlor were friendly and well experienced. But 4 star all for the efforts of Sharda. read more

Love this place! ! Very consistent with their services. One of my favorite things about this place is I never have to wait, I live only about a couple of minutes away(walking distance) and I'm usually able to call and get in within 20 to 30 minutes max. And the wax technician is very experienced and quick, this is very important to me since I hate waiting. read more

Tried this place for the first time as the location was convenient and God how I regretted not walking for 5-10 more mins. I thread my eyebrows once in two weeks so I know what to expect. My threading was painful and tears wouldn't stop rolling down. At one point I was bleeding as she had ripped my skin away. Even after this when I checked, my eyebrows were not clean at all. She had broken most my hair into half so now there was no way to clean them up further. She couldn't even trim them properly. So my advice, save money, walk a bit more and go to e-brow lounge at sola salon- never disappoints! read more

I only do once a month threading as my hair doesn't grow fast. They probably don't remember me bit I got my lashes done recently and as the lady that did my brows finished, she offered to put brow powder on me. I declined at first saying I was on my way home but she insisted explaining that it'll help shape my face as my lash extensions made my brows lighter. Times like this are the reason why I stay with Brow Arc read more

I came in today and met Roleen, I hope I spelled her name correctly, sorry if I got it wrong. So thanks to Roleen, my brows are now totally on fleek. Made my day, really. read more

It was a pretty bad experience as the person ( I don't know the name) treated me so rudely and did my face threading without taking into account that this can hurt. Also made a comment about " too much" hair which I know that's why I go for threading. It was overall bad experience as she moved my face around in very rude way. Also did not do a good job. And she tried to pursue me to buy package at the end which actually makes sense if I was planning to go back. I can not commit to a place where I am not treated well. Although this place is right next to my apt, I still drive to get my eye brows done somewhere else. This is a prime location at Westlake center, so I will request the owner to train your staff to have some courtesy towards customers and at least treat them well. read more

Sarda has yet to disappoint in 4 years or more that I have been a regular at this westlake location. She is a must go to. But multiple other ladies have been trusted with my eyebrows and I'm a very satisfied customer whenever I visit. I have invested in both the 3 months unlimited and the punches. read more

Sarda took great care of me and she is definitely a professional. I have been in her chair almost 5 times now and every time the service is better. read more

Convenient location, quick service and the staff listens to what YOU want your eyebrows to look like! My brows looked HORRIBLE because I tried doing them myself (COVID restrictions made it hard to come in) but Shristi took the time to do a fantastic job of getting them back to looking human and stylish again! She took time to make sure they were done to my satisfaction. read more

I go here every two weeks for my eyebrows. I have been going to Sharda for the last 6 months or so and she has made my brows really great. They are full now and shaped just how I like them. She helped me to grow them out. Now whenever I go in, she knows what I want and always delivers. I always look forward to seeing her and know I will come out with a job well done! read more

Have been going here occasionally during COVID, and it's always been clean and safe. I got my eyebrows done recently by Laxmi and she is really good!! I will definitely come back here. They've also got multi-pack deals, makes it a bit more affordable too. read more

I loved my experience here. My brow person was Lovely, and she did an amazing job!I told her I wanted my eyebrows left full and little arch, and that's exactly what I got!!! She filled my natural eyebrow shape, while leaving them full and gorgeous. She was quick and efficient, and very very friendly! I highly recommend her. The price is super affordable. And they were having a special while I was there ( didn't take advantage of it because I live 2 hrs away). read more

I love that there is an affordable and very good place like this to get my eyebrows threaded. My hair grows back very fast so their membership packages have been helpful. Sharada is typically my first choice! She knows exactly what I works for my brows- never going to thin which tends to be an issue at other places. read more

Super long wait. Last time I went my feelings were hurt pretty bad... the lady talked about my brows very poorly. Now this time that I went it was better. BUT when I was done the lady didn't show me my finished brows and a little while later I found out she CUT ME, I was legit bleeding. Not coming back. read more

Excellent place to get your eyebrows done. Has been my go to since they opened here. They now have a larger space at the Westlake mall, and I love that. All of the ladies do a great job and are friendly, and I especially love getting my eyebrows shaped by Sarda. Definitely recommend! read more

Location: I've been to the salon in Westlake and at Southcenter Mall over 10 different times. Most of the time, they did a decent job. I work downtown and live in West Seattle, the convenience of the location was key for me. I also like that it's a walk in salon and I've never had to wait long. Cost: The price is also good, the first year I bought a punch card and was able to use it the full year. I can't recall, but I think the price worked out to about $12-$15 each visit. I bought a punch card the following year as well, but they seemed to have changed the expiration date, I think I had 2 punches left on the card but it had expired. Without the punch card I think it's $18 - $20, still not bad, but they push hard for you to buy the punch card. Service: Hit or miss and more lately it's been a BIG miss. While they are friendly, the last 3 times I've been in I specifically asked for them to keep my brows fuller and just to clean them up, what I walked away with was thin and uneven brows. I'll be going out of my way to try threading elsewhere to see if they do a better job. I'd rather go out of my way and pay more than to walk around with thin uneven brows! Salon: Used to be a kiosk at Southcenter, so a little odd sitting outside Nordstrom in the open getting your brows threaded, but I think they've moved into a store. The one at Westlake is nice, seems clean. read more

Love going to brow arc! This is a huge chain that is in most major malls. So when you have a membership you can use any of their locations which is super convenient wherever you are! This location at Westlake is at a great location. Near my bus stop so it's a quick stop before I go home. There usually is 2 ladies working at a time so I don't have to wait. Sometimes there is 1 person ahead of me in line but you can always look around at the shops in Westlake while you are waiting. The place is clean and the ladies are nice. The place just moved from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor about a year ago. I like what they've done with the place. Ive been going here for the past couple years and I would recommend. I usually just do my brows and lip for threading. My hairs grow fast and all over the place so they do a great job cleaning it up and giving it shape. I probably stop here once a month and do a 6 time membership. read more
