So according to him, it would be best to either redo the shower or we would have to use a bigger plate than the one that came with our shower valve to cover the big hole in the front in order to make space to work on the valve. Even though in the end we didn't touch the shower, it was mainly because of Ruslan's detailed explanation of what the work would entail.

After working with him for about a year, we understand why he is so highly recommended. Nick and his team consistently go above and beyond. They are communicative, professional, flexible, dependable, and trustworthy. Nick responds quickly, keeps us informed, follows through on what he promises, and charges fair and reasonable prices. When managing multiple renovation projects, having someone this reliable is invaluable. The first major project Nick completed for us was a new roof, which we needed before installing solar panels. His workmanship was outstanding, the roof looks beautiful, and the process was smooth from start to finish. His price was significantly lower than the roofing quotes we received through our solar companies. Since then, Nick has completed many projects across our apartment property. He remodeled one rental unit by painting the apartment, patching holes, removing popcorn ceilings, installing recessed lighting, reglazing the bathtub, replacing the windows, and finishing everything in about a week. The transformation was stunning, and the unit looked so good that we found a new tenant during the first hour of our open house. Nick also repaired and repainted damaged exterior stucco until it looked brand new. He repaired damaged brick walls that had deteriorated because of sprinkler issues from previous managers. After we contacted him, he came out the very next day, completed the repair, and our neighbors were very grateful. He also remodeled our laundry room, and every tenant has commented on how much they love the updated space. What sets Nick apart is his attention to detail and proactive approach. While working on the laundry room, he noticed old water supply valves and replaced them before they became a problem. He also identified that our water heater was nearing the end of its life and replaced it before it failed. In another unit, Nick remodeled a tenant's bathroom by replacing the flooring and toilet, removing the shower door, building a custom-sized countertop, and installing the mirror we had ordered. He also noticed the sink and toilet valves needed replacement and handled that as well. He does not simply complete the work requested; he identifies potential issues and makes sure the finished result will last. As property owners, we especially appreciate how respectful Nick is when working in occupied units. He is courteous to our tenants, communicates clearly, works around their schedules, and minimizes disruptions. Our tenants have repeatedly commented on how professional, considerate, and easy he is to work with, which gives us peace of mind. Pink Transfer was a bright, shiny light at the end of a God-awful moving ordeal. Hiring them was like finding an oasis in the middle of the Sahara Desert. Steve and his terrific crew of Virgil and Yousef showed up on a Friday morning. They were right on time. All were super friendly from the get-go. The month-long scowl that I had on my face from the hellishness of packing nearly 100 boxes quickly evaporated when I encountered their cheery demeanor. And ya know what? Throughout the entire 6 hour ordeal of lugging boxes and furniture up and down stairs, these guys maintained their friendliness and positivity. I was so impressed. They worked steadily, all the while making sure my furniture was nicely wrapped in blankets to prevent damage. Yes, they even treated my cheapo Ikea shelves with lots of TLC. Those shelves got the same treatment as my nice Ethan Allen sofa and chairs. No discrimination there. Everything arrived at their destination safe and sound. Seriously, these guys were a ray of sunshine amidst the stark gloom of moving....which sucks even when there's no pandemic going on. I highly recommend Pink Transfer. Their standards are high. If this is not the gold standard of moving companies, I don't know what else is. Ask for Steve Green and his crew. They are completely awesome. Make sure you generously tip for their excellent service and to supply the guys with plenty of cold bottled water and Gatorade in a cooler. We got pizza for them too. These guys work super hard and are professional as heck, so treat them well! Like car collision repair and oral surgery, hiring a moving company is one those services you hope you won't have to use again. But if I have to do it again, I would not hesitate to hire Pink Transfer (crossing fingers and praying to the heavens that I won't have to move for a lonnnnng time).

I initially had an issue with my sliding glass door as it was extremely hard to open and close. I reached out on yelp and he promptly provided a quote and day he could arrive at my house. Ideally this job should have been fairly easy, however I also have a heavy duty metal outside door that covers the sliding glass door which he also had to take off in order to get the sliding glass door panels off. Let me tell you this was a struggle as the wheels on the sliding glass door were old, rusted, and contained a ton of debris inside them that made it difficult to take off. It took him alot longer than anticipated due to these issues but he kept his calm and resolve and continued to dredge through. After he got done cleaning, greasing, and putting the door back on he was not happy with the results. I told him it was better than it was but he was still not content. He instead decided to also change out the wheels which made all the difference. This thing glides so smoothly and I could not be happier. I have nothing but good things to say as this potential 2 hour job turned into about 4 hours and he didn't even attempt to try and upcharge. I gave him the extra on my accord as he had been awesome to work with and was determined to make it great not just good enough. **** WARNING **** ** FRAUD ALERT **…read moreDo not use All Handyman Service! Let me say upfront that Dennis, the handyman that showed up to complete several small house projects, was very good. He contacted me before he showed up, understood what I wanted done, completed the projects to my complete satisfaction (and delight), and was very friendly. The back office operations and employees are a nightmare. And, I might suggest, are borderline fraudsters. They attempted to fraudulently bill me for material that they did not use on any of my projects. And they attempted to way overcharge me for materials they did use. They refused over and over to provide an itemized list of materials that they were billing me for. Then they told me their Accounting department would only provide detail if I paid an "admin" fee, and that they would charge me a late payment fee if I didn't pay before they left the office for the day. After I threaten legal action, their system was miraculously able to produce a material list. More than 2/3 of the listed materials were not needed or used on my projects. Then when I asked what hardware store was used where they purchased the over priced materials, they said they had those materials in their inventory. For "privacy and business purposes" they would not disclose any detail or pricing information on the material in their inventory. Employees Stacy and Ana lied to me over and over. They attempted to commit fraud and when they were caught and questioned about it, they continued to "double down" on the fraud. I happily had already paid for all labor and was just requesting a list of the items used on my project. Ultimately, they removed all material charges from my bill although I was more than happy to pay any and all real material costs. This business is not legitimate. I would be more than happy to share the documentation with their management. I am not sure it would help resolve anything because it was their management that was dishonest, refused to show an itemized material list, and then, when forced, produced a list that contained materials that were not used or needed or purchased.
